Jimmy's Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Town of Malta

A picture is worth a 1000 words here's 3000. This will be the absolute last time we give you our business. The handful of times I have gone to Jimmy's the experience seems to only get worse. Even though we are usually the only customers there the waitresses always seem bothered. It takes forever to get waited on. The last time we were here we ordered a extra cheese pizza and they gave us pepperoni and Even though it was their mistake, they still charged me. We thought we would give them another chance but The experience only got worse. We ordered a half pepperoni and half cheese and it was beyond burnt. They made us another one that also tastes burnt because they do not clean out their ovens. When the waitress brought it over she didn't say a single word to us. Just put it down and handed me a plate. No I'm sorry about the burnt pizza we tried to pass off on you, nothing. It barely had any cheese on it and was drowning in grease. The waitress never came over to see how we were or if we needed anything, and the waitress said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to us as I paid to leave. No how was everything, have a good day no thank you for your business, NOTHING. It was the only time in my life I didn't leave a tip and I still feel bad about it. Customer service is everything. If you don't have good customer service you will have no customers. No wonder the place is...

This is the 2nd time in a row that our order was incorrect, the 1st time we let it slide. This time I called to at least get my money back on what I ordered, but wasn’t provided. I called Jimmy’s to inquire on how to order a buffalo chicken pizza, with one of their very polite female employees, she assured me I was ordering it properly & asked me to put our level of spice in the comments section, which I did, as well as requesting ranch on the side (I completely expected to pay for that additional request) When I arrived home and opened up the pizza only 1/2 had the chicken & the other 1/2 was plain cheese. I called to make the shop aware of the mistake & hopefully get a little money back since I paid for chicken on the whole thing. The young man that answered the phone argued with me & told me that I didn’t order the right way. Meanwhile I informed him 3 times that I was on the phone with an employee of the restaurant when I was ordering on line, he continued to argue & speak disrespectfully to me until I finally told him I’d never be ordering from Jimmy’s again! There are SO many other pizza options in Malta, this place has been fully crossed...

I am staying in Malta and decided to order from here for my family. Going off of the pictures online it looked promising. The first thing that I want to mention is the prices from the website dont match what is billed. The food prices were higher, in top of the extra charges for delivery a couple blocks away and then I tipped online and gave cash to the driver. So for a pizza and wings i am at $58. So better be the best pizza and wings money can buy as far as Im concerned. When i opened the box I was relieved because it wasnt burnt or funky looking. Well that faded when i took my first bite. It must be something with the sauce but I have never had a thin crust pizza that was soggy. Like I could have rang it out soggy. The strange part is there really wasbt much sauce on it at all.. only visible around the edges... and there was so much cheese. I get people love cheese and nobody usually would take not of that.. but it was way too much cheese, with hardly any sauces and soggy crust. We didnt even finish 3 of the 8 slices, The rest is in the trash. My husband said the wings were okay. Hard to believe this is an award...
