I had my First Worst Experience ever at this location. We came in at 8 pm in front counter to order subways and the lady just came from back and told us rudely that it's closed for dining. The closing time was 9 pm. We ordered two subs anyways for take out. My wife couldn't resist as she is three months pregnant and we also had our 16 months old daughter with us. After grabing the subs, She started eating one of the sandwich while standing however the subway guy shouted (while he was preparing sandwiches for other customers) saying you cant do that and you have to get out now. I requested if he could allow us as we came from far (Melone, Ny after driving 6 hrs from Toronto,CA) and we won't make mess but he didn't listen at all. He said we have to get out from there right away...I never see such humiliating behavior with the customers. I will never visit this...
Read moreI can't really rate the food because the unwelcoming staff convinced us to seek a better restaurant. I arrived with 12 people in 3 cars in an empty parking lot at 10:40 on a Sunday morning. One of the employees promptly told us that we couldn't take up three parking spots while we were gone for a few minutes. Parking was free across the street until 1 pm on Sundays so it wasn't like any parking was at a premium. Instead of Subway we found Wyatt's Tex Mex down the street which had much better food and portions for about the same price. After eating we returned to the free parking lot and could see that Subway's parking lot was...
Read moreNew location is prime for visitors that attend the Olympic Center, and since its new the conditions inside are great; I've also never had an issue with the food. However, I don't like feeling harassed and that's how I felt here. First thing you see when parking is a sign for "Customer parking only" and the threat of your car getting towed. Staff also constantly looks outside to make sure only customers are parking in the lot...so its definitely enforced. In the past this was never an issue, so a warning for visitors: don't plan on eating at this location and then walk down main street. This lot is privately owned, so there's nothing law enforcement can do about it. On the bright side, if you plan on only eating and then leaving, you will always get a parking space as the lot is now...
