Worst...service...ever. I am writing this review for management to know if their staff working on Saturday February 23rd at approximately 7:35 pm. I asked to have a specific shake made with ingredients I chose. I asked for a large. No problem right? As the young lady proceeded to make the smoothie I asked for almond milk. She was quite annoyed and was speaking to her co-worker in Spanish but her body language and facial expressions showed she was clearly annoyed. They told me they usually use water. I told them I would pay extra if necessary. The young lady put VERY LITTLE almond milk in the smoothie and put ice in it as well. When I received the cup it was so heavy. As I walked out of the store the smoothie fell all over the ground. Thankfully another customer was there with me when it happen d and she let them know that it looked like thick goop instead of a shake and that it was all over the sidewalk. They tried to tell me that they could not make me another one but the customer who saw everything told them once again that the lid was not on tightly which must have caused the problem. My new shake was made with such an attitude that I almost walked out, but since I just paid $8.65 for my shake I was going to wait. I ask d them for no ice. They were annoyed and told me it would be thin. I told them no problem. At this point I was embarrassed an just wanted to leave. They made the other shake and I STILL thanked them upon leaving with them giving no response. I have lived in Port all my life and this was my first time ever going there. It will also be my last. The individuals working in this establishment should appreciate its customers and not make customers feel like it is the customer’s fault when something goes wrong in the establishment. Read moreCan I give zero? I work for a car dealership and twice I've had incidents with these people being rude. You have to spend $40 for them to even deliver to you. Then we made an order and they forgot two smoothies. My coworker told me they were going to send mine, I called to ask if I could get splenda before they send it. I said, you know how I usually get it, since the owner knows my name. The OWNER answers and starts yelling at me. I was confused, I was told you're going to bring it.. He said NO (yelling) and that he's not going to drive 15 miles to deliver it. 15 miles where?! We're in East Hills and they are in Port Washington. We also order at least 3 times a week from them.( Picking it up ourselves too) I started saying, this is really bad customer service. I didn't once raise my voice at him. We're constantly having issues with this store. A co-worker called back and the owner 'left." So we spent over $55 and two people don't have the drinks they asked for...( We also pay the delivery fee and make sure we have enough for them to deliver..) I can't wait for the Carle Place...
Read moreI’ve eaten here twice. Food is prepared fresh and tastes good. Smoothies are excellent. Shop is clean and it’s one of few local places where you can sit and eat versus compulsory take out. Staff is pleasant. My kids like it and they’re picky! For ‘fast food’ it is very good and reasonably priced.
Edit Dec 2020 Not exactly a high reliability shop in terms of making what you ordered. In recent months about 50% of take out orders have defects. For example, order chicken quesadilla and it doesn’t have the chicken. Specify ‘no sauce’ and the sauce is there anyway. Order chips and get a candy bar instead.
