UPDATE (June 30th, 2022): No presence of service in aiding people to mask up or patrons masking at the station, on the platforms, or on board (and remaining masked), nor any enforcement (i.e. Fines) to and fro. It seems that the Welcome Back New York program isn't observed on this line since initial documentation and communication with MTA in Spring 2022 before large wave of Community Omicron variant in county and destinations on this line. Especially unsafe for the immunocompromised or those who go home to or work for those who are immunocompromised. And at the resuming of fares and new fare increase? 20+ years resident severely disappointed. Original review: This station has been my station for over 20 years and I have seen it at it's worst and it's best. However, I can say in absolute faith that it is a model that all stations on Long Island that service the LIRR and associated public transit should aim to be like. It is due to those who have been dedicated to making this a safe and accessible station for people with any kind of disability (disability visible/recognized or not by our ever-changing sociopolitical climate), providing alternative transportation in case there are issues with the service, advocating for the safety for ALL people and being outright advocates for the safety of minorities (such as the API community). I applaud this station and I look forward to seeing just what's next each time I use the LIRR to travel to get to where I need to go. Pioneer the advancement of public transportation on Long Island!

A great station that's wheelchair accessible, along with a newstand on the street level. The waiting room is nice and there's a major bus stop in front of the station where people are always waiting. Trains come about every 30mins to an hour during the midday.

Great train line as there is no changing tracks which means there are rarely delays here. The station is clean and lots of food options nearby including bubble tea!

Excellent service during the day with trains in the off peak hour running every 30 minutes with direct service to Penn Station. Peak service is more frequent and even better. Service to Grand Central Terminal starting in 2023. Will be great for people like me who work on the east side of Manhattan. However, train service at night could be better as I have to drive to the New Hyde Park station because the trains either come way too early or way too late during this time. Thank goodness the Great Neck monthly/weekly tickets are interchangeable with the New Hyde...

Great neck station great neck, all on board. Next stop little neck. Little neck next stop. Ahhh. Brings back memories. When you are on a commuter train have your tickets ready, your newspaper open, don't bring more than an easy cup of coffee and expect to be crammed in, full seating and some standing. It is workth it. takes you straight to midtown ready to see all that is new york. Stop at Zarro's in Penn Station for an almond horn and black and white cookie before you leave the...
