Nobody’s Deli in Cold Spring is EXACTLY what a sandwich shop should be — fresh ingredients, friendly energy, and a real focus on quality instead of rushing people in and out like a chain. Everything tastes like it was just prepared, not pulled from a plastic bin and slapped together. You can tell they actually care about what they serve.

I love that the place feels welcoming to everyone — locals, visitors, families, and anyone looking for something better than the generic “fast food” deli experience. The vibe is relaxed and personal, like you’re being served by people who enjoy what they’re making.

The prices are more than fair for the level of freshness you get and honestly a great value. People who complain about the time clearly just got used to Subway-speed assembly-line sandwiches. Good food takes a minute, and I haven’t had a sandwich this fresh, this thoughtfully put together, in a LONG time. Absolutely worth the wait every single time.

Seemed like it would be a slam dunk, main street, funny name, deli. On the specials board they had a steak, egg, and cheese with hash brown on the sandwich.....a feature i am a total sucker for.

Totally cold, store bought, gross bagel. The whole thing did only cost $6 so made it worth it??

The guy at the counter wasn't rude, because for that he would have had to engage with me at all. Barely said anything to me, before, during, or after my order.

stopped by this local shop recently, and I was really impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in—they made me feel like a regular even though it was my first visit. The service was quick, and everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there, which made the whole experience even better.
