Where do I start and honestly I blame ownership and or upper management for the lack of any kind of acceptable service.
We started by ordering through Uber Eats. One and half hours later Uber Eats cancelled my order due to the excessive wait time.
Next my son, his brother, and their friends went to the location and ordered via their inside order screens. They ordered over $80 of food, paid, and did not list an email. They also decided not to print it. Over an hour later they checked on the order and they were behind. An hour later one of the staff asked if they were waiting on a large order. They said yes and were told it was "deleted" due to a system issue. They didn't give them a refund but only ignored them for a little while longer. My son called me and I spoke to the shift manager. She said she could not offer a refund and could not fill the order. She gave me her managers cell phone number and told me to call the next day. I asked if I would need a receipt and she said she couldn't reprint one and it was ok because they would remember me. I called the store and her directly serval times, left voicemails and no return call.
Over a week later I decided to go back to the store. They were swamped, people were waiting, their drive through was backed up to the street.
The staff ignored me for some time and I finally got the attention of one of the workers. Explained my situation and she said it would be at least 15 minutes before she could help me with a refund.
45 minutes later I asked when they could help me and they literally ignored me. Other people by then were cursing and losing their patience. I thought they would appreciate that I was remaining calm and reasonable since they were being verbally abused by several people out of patience.
I had an idea to order food so they would have to address me directly and help me with this charge. I ordered via the kiosk and waited for an hour+. They finally got my order up and shift manager actually spoke to me. She said there was nothing she could do without the receipt even though I showed my bank statement and some of the staff including her knew exactly what the situation was. She had me write my number down and said she would have their main manager call me. Days later and still no call. This restaurant took over $80 and I cannot get my money back.
What is management and ownership doing here??? It is a complete failure of training and supporting their staff.
I understand the impact of the pandemic in a great, BUT you cannot handle the public this way.

Read moreI waited an hour and 20 minutes for a crunchwrap supreme, a nacho fry and a fountain drink. It was the night before Thanksgiving... They were probably busy I guess but their manager spent the entire hour and 20 minutes complaining about us customers and no one was making any food. Granted some customers were pretty ticked off because......they were waiting an hour plus for their Taco Bell!
I was just picking up this for my kid. I went to Chipotle for my dinner and got my food in all of a minute and a half on the same exact night. Speaking of kids, there was a young woman there... While the manager was on the phone in the office... She actually made some food and got it out. She repeatedly said how bad she felt for us. She was great. I wanted to give her a job on the spot. She's gonna be a great leader someday.
Anyway ..... DoorDashers were coming and leaving and delivering 2 and three other meals and coming back and their food still wasn't done. This was the most disastrous food experience I've ever seen. If there was a way to get my money back I would have done it. But there wasn't even a human being to talk to us. And when they did they had no answers because their manager was spending the entire time blaming it on the customers.
Can we leave no stars?
Granted, it's Taco Bell and nobody reads these reviews but somebody has to be held accountable. This place has to be losing tons of money. The whole point of Taco Bell is to get the food out quickly or else you're not making money.
Sheesh... Get it together or shut it down.
Update: My kid being a kid... He just can't get enough. He DoorDashed the same order late last night... And now he has food poisoning. Lovely... Thanks Taco...
Read moreThis is the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. I stood for over 45 minutes waiting for food and waiting for them to then correct my order. When I went to the counter the second time I was ignored multiple times when I began speaking to staff. This is after my girlfriends sister had to go up and stand for 15 minutes.The restaurant was a filthy mess and the staff were rude and incompetent. The new girl who I believe is Maggie (brown hair, and huge white nails) is absolutely ridiculously slow. She has absolutely no work ethic and stood around in the way of all the staff. She didn’t listen to the person who I believe is named Anita who was attempting to get her to do something and she was all around hindering the entire restaurants ability to get out food. I think that Crystal deserves a raise because she was the only reason your restaurant stayed open, she was out performing every single one of those employees and they constantly treated her poorly. Usually I would not be able to pick up on the interactions between employees but I stood at the counter for 45 minutes. There was also a young man who was unkept and when Crystal asked him to do something he said “do it yourself”.
