I’ve been coming to this location for 3 years for breakfast & Ive tolerated the slow service, I watch people walk around aimlessly. Until today, new black male manager. I got to the register at 10:25, nobody would come to the register. I stood there watching them avoid me. I got a couple sorrys, we’ll be right there. Manager rang up a refund on the register in front of me so I know he seen me. Then 10:30 came and passed, then about 10:35 manager sent a young man to the register. I told him don’t tell me you’re not serving breakfast anymore, I know how long I’ve been here. He said we’re out of breakfast food. I told him I wanted a few breakfast sandwiches, he said we can do a few McMuffins, but let me just ask the manager. I heard him ask the manager to make 3 McMuffins and he barked back, NO! It felt like he sent his disappointing news to me through a child instead of being a decent manager and doing the right thing for the customer. This place needs a DM to come and observe the customer service at this location. When the older woman is there I never have any problems, she’s as sweet as the day is long and knows me and my father. She isn’t the manager but I know she would have taken care of me. Who ever this new guy is, he needs to go, send him back...
Read moreim from asheville nc, i went to a concert at blind horse saloon last night with family i stopped by afterwards around 12:10am and had the worst experience ive ever had..there were 2 black ladies working drive thru very immature and rude!!! i ordered my food and they were talking back and forth on the headsets while i was waiting to order. would not answer nothing i said...after me raising my voice to get there attention i ordered my food and there was 3 people in the drive thru including me, i ordered 2 fish sandwichs and a double cheeseburger with fries..i waited 30 minutes on my food!!!!! i asked the lady numerous times what was the hold up and she replied its coming the fish has to cook! 30 minutes....???!!! when she finally brought the food the order was wrong fries were very cold and i asked to speak to a manager and she said there wasnt one to have a nice night and closed the window...i knocked on the window and i asked her what the store number there was she said go on i dont know!!! never be back again and you guys really need some help there and need to look at some mature employees!! worst place ive ever been!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Read moreHit the drive-through on the way to an all-day job because I didn't want to starve. Line moved way too slow. After paying with cash, the teller didn't give me a receipt. At the 2nd window, I was told to pull over and wait in the parking lot. I said I couldn't wait long. After about 15 minutes, I was starting to get late for work and had to leave without breakfast. Nothing like being stuck at work for a 10 hour day on an empty stomach. I stopped back at this same McDonalds after work to explain the situation to someone, and if they could just give me 2 sandwiches I paid for in the morning. They said, "No reciept, nothing i can do for you." I'm standing there in business clothes, not looking like a homeless person trying to get free food. Just figured I would ask, and they might understand. Left disappointed. It's unfortunate, but i will make sure to avoid this location from now on. I would not recommend stopping here if you expect fast food because it may take much longer...
