Went there on vacation, wanted to surprise my family with donuts. I ordered an assortment, picked out 2, and just asked for them to pick a random assortment for the other 10. There were so many interesting, delicious looking varieties of donuts there: cake donuts, filled ones, pumpkin spice, just a ton of different choices. I live near this Dunkin and come here often. I always do a mobile pick up order. Today I walked up around 10:30 am to the window and waited for this older lady with short gray hair to open the window and totally look threw me like I was a ghost and yell my order when it was no other customer there. She then turns the other way to look as if someone else was coming around the building to get the order. I said the order is mine and she looked so shocked and replied “oh really?” I think she needs to really work on her customer service skills and treat everyone the same...

To the women working the drive through window today Tuesday 7/15/25 approx. 10:30am. My family came through and spent our hard earned money to splurge and get ourselves coffee, bacon and bagel bites. We do not have extra money ech month usually but we decided to treat ourselves and our daughter. Greeted with a horrid lady that was clearly not wanting to take our order. Bacon was chewy and so bad.
