I called and placed a To Go order for an order of Clucks and Fries & Clucks and Mac & Cheese-
Upon arriving I picked up my order, paid, and left back to work to enjoy my 30 min lunch. When I opened my box of Clucks and Mac & Cheese the only thing in the box were clucks and celery- no mac & cheese. I called the store to ask about my food and Garrett rudely questioned "Well what do you want me to do about it" I simply asked if I could come back to the store to pick up my missing mac & cheese and he told me that it would be ready for me when I got there. 10 minutes later I arrive to pick up my missing order when the front desk host greets me by name and insists the manager meet with me to make sure everything was okay/I was a satisfied customer. I felt very appreciative that the manager wanted to ensure I was happy, so I took a seat and waited for her to greet me. The General Manager, Judy then approached me and immediately stated "Hi I'm Judy the General Manager & I heard you're missing mac & cheese, but I personally put the mac & cheese in there. You need to go check the parking lot or the car where you dropped it." I was shocked that this was her response, let alone the fact that that was her introduction. I replied telling her that there was an empty spot in my box where mac & cheese should be and that maybe it was just forgotten- can I have a replacement since I already paid for my order? It doesn't seem that hard to accommodate so I can be on my way and enjoy the rest of my short lunch. Judy then told me that I was "trying to pull a fast one and rip her off" and she would be happy to replace my order of mac & cheese if I placed a new order, waited 20 min, and paid for it. At that point I was so appalled that I walked out of the store and went back to work to clock back in on time.
I am now hungry, disappointed, and overall offended that I was singled out and called a thief! Judy made it clear to me that she has a problem with interracial couples and believes all black people/anyone associated with blacks are "out to pull a fast one" and "rip off" her store.
I will tell all friends, family members, and community members of Tualatin & the greater Portland Metro Area to never eat at this Red Robin! They have horrible customer service, are racist, and will go out of their way to single you out...
Read moreCame here tonight for dinner and it was not the greatest experience. I feel like they only really pay attention to you when you first order, after that you are kind of on your own... Which kind of sucks when you specifically come for the bottomless fries but you are basically avoided the whole time so you can't get more. The lady was nice taking the order and then she just never came back around. We were here for an hour and it took 20 minutes to get our order, the other 40 minutes was waiting and waiting and waiting, eventually the girl walked past seating a couple because like I said they only pay attention to you at the beginning I had to yell to get her attention, me and my friend both asked for more garlic fries, she came back and handed my buddy more fries and instead of garlic they were just regular when we paid $1.99 more for garlic, and she went to walk away I said "what about mine?" She said "oh I'm sorry I put both of yours together!". So if she put both together why is it only about 7 fries lol and we were both sitting opposite ends of the table no way we could have shared if we wanted to, but why should we have to when we both ordered separate meals both with garlic fries. So she comes back with mine and they were also plain so I had to ask for garlic once again and ranch she sent a completely different girl and no ranch. It seemed like they just gave me the plain fries with barely any garlic drizzled on them they were dry as heck compared to the first ones, and again about 7 French fries. So bottomless fries is really an hour to get 14 steak fries! 🤣 They never came to fill our drinks until we were annoyed and leaving then they were like "oh, here, let me top that off for ya! And here's the check..." 🤔 I feel like the service was bad and had to beg for what...
Read moreThis is hands down the worst meal I’ve ever been served at a Red Robin (12/30/22 7pm) and in all honesty, wasn’t the greatest last time we ate there, but the boys wanted sit down burgers and we were away from our normal area. All three of our burgers (one chicken), the bottom buns were just solid mush and the lettuce was beyond wilted…if I have to th ink of what could have happened, they all looked like they had ran these through assembled in the microwave. The chicken looked like it was assembled in a few cut pieces, so with all the above, it just fell apart and all you could do was just eat the chicken. Even their fries, my favorite thing about RR, tasted re-fried (greasy and hard). There is more, but why bother…this is in fact a burger establishment, can’t get these right, why would anything else be any better. Finally, half way through picking at $53 in meals, we finally got a visit from our waiter (no napkins, or refills), he asked if they could make them again…why should I want to wait another half hour, why were we ever served this to begin with, where is quality check? Visibly, this meal should have been comped or at least discounted…all we received was an another visit to ask if we wanted a box (seriously?), not even our bill came with him, and for what our soggy buns/ our disregarded portions? Now that I think about it, their table top tablets were not working…guessing they didn’t want corporate reviews being sent out? I’m actually kind of sad, we have eaten at RR for many, many years…but I’m going to recommend just stay away from this place. There are so many great burger places out there now, I think RR has lost its passion for...
