The food stand is located in Bridgeport Village. Ordered the Rooster meal ( 4 chicken tenders, toast, fries on the bottom, and a side of house sauce + kbbq sauce). The potato salad was bland. The chicken tenders are crispy and cooked well. The tenders tasted bland. The toast was cold and really doughy. The sauces are pedestrian and not very flavorful. The fries were reasonably crispy. This is food for kids without discerning tastebuds. Not exciting but easy to eat. So if bland is your preference, go for it.

Hen House is located in the central space of Bridgeport and is surrounded by plenty of lovely outdoor seating with covered spaces and nearby playground for the kiddos. Excellent price for the portions served; chicken was not overly greasy and the crinkle cut fries were crisp and well seasoned. I enjoyed the potato salad as well( garlic toast could have benefited with more garlic, tbh) but it was an extremely satisfying dinner with plenty of leftovers for dinner later.

Definitely better than Raising Canes, I ordered the “Lil Clucker” and it was $7.25 for the meal. It came with one tender, fries, bread, sauce, and an amusing chicken squeaker toy. The food was hot and the wait was relatively quick. The buttermilk ranch and fries were great, although the tenders were a bit lacking in flavor. Otherwise, everything was good and I’d definitely skip over Raising Canes for the Hen House.

The food was amazing. The staff was amazing. So my son and u can really eat a lot of food. He is 12 and in baseball and is growing fast so food is his life right now. Haha. I ordered the 4 tender meal with fries, 2 sauces and instead of a side I got an extra garlic toast. It was way more food than we expected. We shared it and were both very full after. The tenders were so juice and delicious. The breading was great and didn't overwhelm the flavor of the chicken. The fries were so amazing. So crunchy and my son said they were the best fries he has ever had. I will say this was the best chicken tenders I have ever had. We talked about it all day. The staff was so friendly and genuine. Always asking if we needed anything else. Their names were Dustin and Olander. For once it was nice to see younger kids working and not on their phones. It was nice to see kids working and not acting like they didn't want to be there. My full family of 4 will be back there soon and hope they are both working again. Thank you for the food...

They gave an incredible amount of food for a great price. However, it wasn't the best. Let me break it down. I got 2 sauces, garlic parmesan and house sauce House sauce is perfection. No notes Garlic parmesan was tasty, but definitely over salted The fries were soggy and stale, did not enjoy The chicken was fine? It was kinda flavorless and didn't have the best texture for fried chicken The toast was amazing and garlicy The buttered corn was spicy and had peppers in it, which wasn't my favorite. I...
