Five stars for the experience at the store and after!

I was there last Friday as part of a family vacation to Seattle. The selections were lacking a little bit in variety, but still pretty good (even if they didn't have my main reason for going there - and in fairness to the store, I was looking for a VERY specific keychain I'd purchased from the Lego store in AZ 3 years ago, so I wasn't holding my breath they had it). My niece and brother enjoyed it, too, and the associates were amazing and friendly. I was given a survey and filled it out when I got home. I figured that was that; it was a positively filled out one and my experience has been you really only hear back if there was negativity.

Today, I received an email from Cecilia, the supervisor at the store. It personally addressed my survey and did not have the tone of a canned, scripted response. I am immensely impressed! This is amazing...

Pretty standard selection of new LEGO sets, along with build-a-minifig, and the grab-bag of LEGO pieces. Prices are pretty standard with the retail price of Legos, which is still pretty pricey. The place is usually pretty crowded. They have mostly best sellers everywhere and only a handful of older models. No robot technic sets and lots of the plant models and city scene models.

The grab-bag of parts is always very lacking in selection and the minifigs building area is a huge mess so get ready for a long time trying to build anything useful. The minifigs keychain selection is good, along with the Funko-Pop-like Lego sets if that's...

The Chinese or Taiwanese Customer Service Rep helped me today She was Amazing she help me pick those collectible but in the bag so you couldn't see which one your getting. Shes so Incredible she help me feel around for the piece that I wanted and Bam I got my Green Lantern. Thank you so much if this isn't the definition of Excellent Customer Service. You are a hater.
