I understand being busy. I also work in the food service industry. When I came in it took over 5 mins for staff to recognize me at all standing at the counter to order. They seemed like they were making a large online order. The lobby looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while, but it could have been after a big rush. Again, I get it, no big deal. I asked for a regular #9 made Mike's Way. Only special request was for the sandwich to be thrown on the grill to heat it up, it's been my usual order for the many years Ive patronized Jersey Mike's. The staff was busy talking with each other and joking, not acknowledging other customers in lobby (again, I get it) but when I received my order it was cold and missing the mayo and bacon that's supposed to come on it. They remade the sandwich and yelled out across the restaurant that my remake was ready, this came off as extremely rude, like I had inconvenienced them somehow and shaming me for asking for what I paid for. I decided not to eat in the dirty unkempt loud(because of employee banter) environment so I went back to my car to eat the sandwich and there was still no mayo or bacon on it. My treatment as a customer was completely uncalled for. The lack of attention to the order they were preparing is forgivable if they make it right, and the unkempt lobby is understandable if they just got done with a rush. But my experience today at this location could be enough to put off a less loyal customer. I am...
Read moreWorst customer service!!! Right when she started to take my order, i hoped it goes good cause she had that tone. Ordered giant number 14 veggie. Asked her for pre sliced cheese cause i know they have American cheese ready pre sliced cause i didnt want cheese to be sliced on the same machine with meat on it. She says she has american cheese sliced thats what you want, i am like duh thats what i asked for. She grabs it she puts it on and also sliced meat for lady ahead of me and puts it on my sandwich and i told her to change the cheese slices cause i dont want meat on my sandwich. She said you want number 13 sandwich right and i told her no i asked for veggie #14 she says “i swear you asked for #13” She then ask lady ahead of me if she had #13 and she said yes. I asked again to change my cheese slices where she had the meat on and she refuses and acted confused like she didnt know what i was talking about. I told her nevermind i will just go somewhere else, and while i was walking out she loudly says “thank you and you have a nice day” this is what they have been taught at training i guess to make customers feel like they are the ones wrong for what they have asked for and couldn’t provide service for what something i am going to eat.
I hope corporate reads this.

Read moreI really love jersey Mike's and I hate that I waited to write this review. But yesterday I had my wife pick us up jersey Mike's in tulsa hills. I've had many issues at this location including long black hairs in my sub. This last time I had her order a turkey and provolone, on the rosemary bread with no onions. The people looked confused like they just got the hardest order ever. She gets the sandwich and brings it home. The sandwich had nothing but meat cheese and lettuce. Which isn't a huge deal until I ate it. The turkey tasted like it had been out for a week straight. I was a little disappointed it didn't come with the ingredients that go on the sub but the turkey made the sub inedible. This location hires rude employees that act like you're a problem for ordering there, and now it seems aren't handling the food properly. I will be driving 15 minutes put of my way to get jersey mikes from now on. I'm not the type to write a bad review, but this place has done this on multiple occasions. To the point where if it wasn't for me not wanting my wife to drive further, I would have never ordered from this location again. Ordered the giant and threw 3 of the 4 pieces in the trash. Which is sacrilege, because I love...
