Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Tulsa

3.7 - October 2023. A couple of blocks from our hotel on our only day in Tulsa we got to kick back and relax from a heavy itinerary, we were glad this place was open around 9PM. After a few questions about menu items, they made us two good takeout sandwiches on a French roll, "Club Tuna" and "Club Lulu" that is made with turkey and bacon. We ordered their regular size which is 8", but original sandwiches can be purchased that are smaller at 6", and there is a giant size which is 16". Customers can also choose sliced wheat bread or no bread served as a lettuce wrap. Eighteen "freebies" or condiments can be included with your sandwich.

Bags of chips and two premium sides, a pasta and potato salad are available. Soft drinks, an energy drink, lemonade and bottled water are the beverage choices. Three cookies from homemade recipes are also an option if you want something sweet: Triple chip chocolate chunk, oatmeal raisin and fudge chocolate. Plenty of seating. The tables all have amusing comments on their tops such as the do's and don'ts of eating at Jimmy John's in terms of etiquette. (See my photos)

In my opinion, this franchise has better sandwiches than Subway with more bulk inside without having to pay extra, fresher ingredients and more extra toppings at no charge plus higher quality meats. For CT residents, there are two locations in Orange...

Horrible service.. ordered sandwich and cookie and after 45 mins decided to call to see where it was, the phone was off the hook or something cause it just gave me a busy tone. I live a mile away so I decided to drive there to find out myself and the delivery guy had just gotten back and said he just dropped off my order and I stupidly believed him and accepted their apology as the store worker made me my order again to make up for me having to go down there in the first place and this is the only reason I give them 2 stars. When I got back home I saw that he had delivered it to the wrong place even though I put the name of my apts and the gate code in the instructions. Also didn’t want them to just drop it off at my door so I didn’t click that option. He had delivered it to the condos that are neighboring my place and there’s no gate to get in there, so I had to walk up to their door to get that order and who knows how long it was sitting there since he obviously didn’t knock on the door or call me or anything to make sure I got my order. A lot of this could have been avoided if their phone was working. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again. Whoever owns and manages this place obviously doesn’t care about customer service

I order delivery here frequently and my order is never correct. I decided to go in the store today for lunch and placed my order and asked for a side of oil and vinegar. Zach was very rude to me and argued me down about why he couldn’t give me the side of oil and vinegar. There is a way that you should talk to and treat customers. He told me it would be extra which I know because I order from Jimmy John’s that the oil and vinegar is free. So when I said go ahead and I’ll pay for it he said well “I’m not supposed to do it” so I pay $16 for a sandwich and you’re telling me I can’t get a side of oil and vinegar and I can’t pay for it?! The customer service at this location has gotten really bad over time. I’ve dealt with ordering delivery on the app and never receiving orders, orders being incorrect when they are delivered, coming into the store and being rudely told that they are closed in the middle of the day, calling in to check on an order and having it confirmed only for them to cancel my order after waiting 3 hours. I’ve tried to give this place so many chances but today was it. I hope they get better customer service for other customers moving forward. It sucks because I could literally eat Jimmy John’s everyday but I won’t...
