It's sad, there's not many delicious vegan places and I'm done with copaneazi's.... I checked to make sure they had their vegan cheeses and vegan sausage/vegan pepperoni. Hardly got any of them on the 3 pizzas I ordered. Just please say no if there's hardly any left. Paid $40 for these lame pizzas that were not even round, hardly any toppings, and we're not that good.
If I'm going to pay for bougie food, I expect to get what I paid for and not a lame pizza that's hardly topped and not shaped right.... Please do better. It's not hard to make a pizza correctly.. (Downtown Location). This has happened multiple times and that day I did not have time to have it corrected.. Extremely disappointing. On 3/9/25.
To the response: I appreciate the swift response but I did call and check to see if things were ready and in stock for all the vegan meats and vegan cheeses. I've worked in food for 8+ years and this is not okay to hand out for gourmet pizza. All the person on the phone had to say was, no we are out (but they informed and reassured me that they were stocked and ready to go). This has happened multiple times. This is not okay. Also, I do not appreciate being told there were all the vegan things if there is not enough to adequately make a vegan pizza. Please inform your employees to tell the honest truth and to never serve a pizza like that. It's honestly embarrassing. It's kinda rough that you suggest me hearing you out (trust me, I've gone since y'all opened and this has happened 5X and counting... I did not have the time to wait for it to be fixed so I finally wrote an honest review..) I paid $$$ and expected to get what I ordered. It doesn't matter the circumstance, if you can't provide then just tell the honest truth. I would have way more respect than to pay for something and not get half the order along with being smaller...
Read moreI just visited this restaurant for the first time. I have a vegan and gluten free diet due to medical reasons. I had nigh expectations of this place due to the concept of gluten free and vegan options. Unfortunately, I would not recommend it if you are gluten intolerant. They do offer a gluten free crust; however, the crust is served completely burnt. And not just a little burnt or maybe the edges (which is what I originally thought). I mean like black everywhere burnt (bottom too), sadly not safe to eat!
I asked the lady who helped me if it was possible to have it made again so that it was not burnt and she said “no”. She said “our oven is very potent and the gluten free crust is so thin that we cannot prevent this from happening” which makes me think, okay, I get it. This place has a brick oven. However, if they really cared about peoples’ health and the quality of the product they are offering, they would consider another alternative to bake the gluten free pizza crust so that is not burnt.
The answer they gave me is just unacceptable. Saying that the oven is too potent and that they could not control the heat, makes me think that they only care about sales and not about their customers’ health or about the actual quality of the food they are serving.
This is why I would not recommend trying out this place if you are choosing it due to the “gluten free crust” it is not worth it. It does not matter if we have an option of a gluten free crust, if it is not safe to eat it and even worse if the owners do not care about the safety of the food they...
Read moreOk, so this place got reviewed online and apparently the one thing that was mentioned that was really good were the Dubai chocolate canoli’s. I have now called this place 5 times and they always tell me it’s sold out? And I’m calling like 1 hour after they open during LUNCH time. This is either very, very, very poor planning or a marketing gimmick to get people to come in to try their other food, which was not mentioned at all in the online article. Either way, it seems shady and not wise for a business. Apparently, the owners are the only ones who can make them and they NEVER make enough lol
ANSWER TO RESPONSE FROM OWNER:
First of all, I did not call and harass anyone. I simply called and asked if you had any, and when the employee told me no, I simply suggested that you make more. That is not harassment; that is a helpful suggestion.
As far as making some and keeping them for me, while I do appreciate that, I was told that someone would call me when they were ready, and NOONE ever did, so why would I come pick them up, especially when it's been out of stock for days or at least not enough made for days lol
I looked over some of your other bad reviews and it seems you have a habit of arguing with bad reviews, rather than doing the professional thing and offering a solution! BAD BUSINESS, HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!
there are many places to get a good cannoli, such as pink kitzel, kremee, la madeleine and crumbl in Tulsa, that actually can keep it in stock, so I guess I'll...
