For a few years I donated to this charity because I believed in them when times got hard for myself last year they did help me. Today I reached out because it had been over a year and I needed help I'm struggling I was told they can help now but not for two more years nobody ever said this before they just said once every year but they switch it up I've technically given this charity more than they've ever given me and I don't think it's right not to disclose those rules from the beginning it's like you're hanging it over my head that...

They do not answer there phone they use to help so many people but now its impossible to even set an appointment why set the times Monday and Tuesday from 9am to 11:30am if you dont even answer one phone call I called every two minutes for 2 and a half hours with nothing and I did this for 3 weeks every Monday and Tuesday i'm just concerned what they are doing with the donation money.If they are not assisting...

If you need help on your rent call them if you need help on your utilities or food call them if you are there to get anything ask them for food also because it might be a year to get anything else including food take your ID your social some proof of where you live make sure you make an appointment if you can Monday and Tuesday only call them about 1:00 or 1:30 I think...
