The room was nasty. Had to clean all the counter tops dirt and sticky stuff so gross. Then it was storming and charged us for the pool. No tv because of the storm. Which would have been fine if they did not charge for the pool. The entire floor in the hallway is tiled so you hear every noise possible. A woman that checked us in was too busy talking on her ear buds. Could not tell if she was talking to us or the person on the ear buds. Rude! Never again spend the money on a vacation...
