5 outta 5!!… very impressed and will be sharing (already have over txt after leaving the location!) with all my Savannah ppl and those visiting Tybee. It’s hard to find tasty Gluten Free breads and whatnot BUT this bagel is superb, you wouldn’t believe how without knowing— you’d believe it was a regular bagel! I was stoked to see a GF option on the Menu. So with that being said I had The Morning Dew on this GF bagel and it paired so well with the sun on the beach at 8am as I enjoyed every bite while sipping the goat blend house brew + lavender+ oat milk iced coffee in hand! The vibe is groovy in this restaurant and I really enjoyed seeing the Billy Strings, Dead & Co, and Phil Lesh band posters along with the tunes playing while having some incredible surf videos on the tvs!! Service was quick and it’s somewhere I’ll frequent! If you’re looking for breakfast or a great sandwhich and some great coffee option and perhaps adult beverages… look no further and walk inside of The Surfing Goat!

My first time visiting here. I send people here from the Hotel constantly when they ask for a coffee/brunch place to eat. So I needed to try it for myself. I LOVE IT!! I got the "Doin' Things Right" bagel. Bacon, egg and American cheese on a cheddar bagel. It was delicious and very large. Girls behind the counter were super nice and helpful. I will be a frequent customer!!! Take a few minutes to get your food, but that's because they are making it from scratch. No heat lamps. Fresh toasted bagel, fresh cracked egg and fresh cooked bacon. Worth the wait!! Great service, atmosphere, and food!! Bagels are very large and priced well. Great job guys!! Keep it up!! And their shirts are freaking adorable!! Had to get one.

Coffee and bagels served up in a funky surf shack hole in the wall. Decorated in island vibes with bluegrass and blues playing on the sound system. We had the standard Goat Blend coffee, black and hot and it was very good. We also enjoyed and everything bagel and a sausage, egg and cheese everything bagel. Service was quick and pleasant. Laurie took good care of us, so we decided to stop back in later when they began to serve cocktails and brews. The place is impeccably clean and top notch as you would expect from the same owners of Chamacos Tacos (and fellow Buckeyes). Make sure you stop here when you are down on Tybrisa St. in the morning for coffee and afternoon for sandwiches and drinks.

We went here this morning and we're there by 8:45. It's a small space, so it was full, but food seemed to be moving quickly before we ordered. Take note that they do not make their own bagels! We got to the front and saw everything was pre-packaged, which, no big deal, but we thought they were fresh bagels since that's all they do. So we order, 3 bagels and one bagel sandwich, paid, and anticipating a quick turn around time, me and the kids went to the car while my husband waited for our food. After we had been in the car for about 20 minutes, he still wasn't back yet, which seemed odd, so I messaged him. Our food hadn't come out, and neither had anyone else's since we had ordered! He then said, that someone just ordered and they were told it would be 30 minutes on any food..?? Again, nothing is fresh, so it should not take this much time to throw a bagel in the toaster and throw some cream cheese on it.. we went back and forth on canceling our order and going somewhere else, but by then we had already waited over 20 minutes, so surely, if it's only taking 30 minutes for food, while still completely ridiculous, we should only have to wait a little longer.. Wrong.... we ordered before 9 am and did not have our food until 10 am! My husband's sandwich was not even mediocre, with fake tasting eggs and sausage, and my Multigrain bagel was an Everything bagel with all the cream cheese nowhere near the middle of the actual bagel. What a complete waste of almost $30!! 😒 This is the worst food experience we have had while being on the island and we will never go back!! If I could give zero stars, I would... If you're not a local, do not go here because I guarantee it is not worth your time OR your money!! Sunrise Breakfast is the...

Ordered three bagels type A, B, and C. Got back to my room and had only two bagels type A and Z. Went back to correct but wasted an hour in the process (that I could have spent at the beach). Maybe give me a free coffee refill while I wait during this correction process? Don’t count on it….and these businesses now have the audacity to ask for a tip. I’m trying to drop the tip habit completely and only leave a tip for service, and after the service has been correctly delivered. Am I a Karen? Nope…if I order, pay, and TIP for delivery of A, B, and C, I should get A,B, and C not A and Z. This ain’t rocket science. And also - they didn’t hardly have any bagels in stock at 10 AM in the morning. A plain bagel? Nope - sold out. What? One of the bagels I ordered was a peanut butter and banana and of all things the bagel was served on what little selection of bagels they had left - an everything bagel with onions. Yes - onions and peanut butter and banana make a good bagel combination. My two year old nephew wouldn’t recommend that.. They won’t be in...

My family and I were very excited about the food we saw on the menu. While we waited we heard the cashier tell people in front of us they were out of several different items (bacon, many different bagel types, cranberry juice). For Spring Break and 9am I was surprised they would not have been more prepared with inventory. When it was our turn to order, I knew to order sausage egg and cheese on plain versus bacon because I already knew they were out of bacon. But I was not told they were out of any of the other ingredients that would make our 3 different bagels. Upon getting home to eat, we discovered every single bagel was an everything bagel when 1 should have been multigrain and 2 plain (including the strawberry fields bagel - who wants to taste onion with sweet strawberries?!). One sandwich was missing egg and another the jam. The quality of the ingredients were worse than I would have imagined for the line out the door and $10 per person…store bought bagels, microwaved sausage, over sauced/cream cheesed, and cold latte. Extremely bummed about...
