Everything was just okay. No one picked up the phone when I tried to call in my order and the website for online ordering was missing pan-fried beef baos so I went to order in person. Turns out they ran out during the soft opening day.
I ended up ordering the pork soup dumplings, pan-fried pork baos, and the rainbow soup dumplings, totaling $57 for 18 dumplings. For ~$3 per bite-sized dumpling you’d expect them to be really tasty right? Unfortunately, the steamed dumplings didn't have much distinction in flavor from each other and the fillings tasted artificial. I think the best of the bunch was the black colored truffle pork dumpling. Overall, these dumplings weren't any better than the factory mass-produced ones you could pickup at an Asian grocery store.
