My family and I recently visited Bowlero Tysons and we had a great time! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the lanes were in great condition. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was fun and lively, and the music was great. I also enjoyed the arcade games and the pool tables. Bowlero Tysons Corner is an amazing destination for anyone looking for a fun and exciting bowling experience. As someone who has visited this location multiple times, I can say with confidence that it's one of the best bowling alleys around. The facility itself is clean, modern, and beautifully designed with plenty of seating areas for those who want to take a break from bowling. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The atmosphere is lively and fun, making it a great spot for friends and families to hang out and enjoy each other's company. But what really sets Bowlero Tysons Corner apart from other bowling alleys is the range of unique and exciting features that it offers. From the laser tag arena to the arcade games, there's something for everyone here. The music and lighting add to the overall experience, creating an unforgettable ambiance. One of my personal favorite features is the private karaoke rooms, which are perfect for groups looking to let loose and have some fun. The food and drinks are also top-notch, with a diverse menu that caters to all tastes. Overall, Bowlero Tysons Corner is an exceptional entertainment destination that offers a one-of-a-kind bowling experience. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is friendly, and the features are unbeatable. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a fun and memorable time.

Helped organize a surprise party for a good friend. In fact it was the same manager Micheal G. I had before at the Centreville location years ago. When I realized it was him, I knew that we were in good hands. I could see why the company decided to have him lead one of the busiest establishments. The facilities were clean, bright, and attractive. The arcade selection was as fine as what you would expect in a Dave and Busters. The food was good, pizza hot, drinks flowing. The staff, including the bartenders were nice. Once we arrived Micheal and staff were very accommodating. Repeat of how organized and caring Micheal was the entire time. This is a good example of a manager being effective at providing the same TLC at a another establishment within the company. The show was being run well. The only critiques I have are more about the lanes. Was surprised that the company decided to spend so much money at one of the richest malls in the US but yet use strings to set and reset the pins. The lanes are also shorter and a bit more narrow than normal. Come here for entertainment but not league play, look elsewhere for that. Think of it like Top Golf vs. 1757 from a driving range POV. We had a great time and will definitely be back. Thanks again Micheal and crew!

THIS IS NOT A REAL BOWLING ALLEY. This is an arcade-style of bowling. Pins are on STRINGS which changes the physics of the entire game. There is NO OIL on the Lane. Read that again - no oil. This make the game ‘easy’ for the plastic balls they provide but it’s not usable for real balls. Both the Alley and the Approach are short. A short approach could be dangerous for experienced players who know every single inch of a real alley and then suddenly find themselves in a full arc with a 16 lb ball only to find out they are out of runway. There are NO indicator dots on the approach so you don’t even know how to line up. The indicator dots and arrows on the Lane can’t be seen since you basically bowl in the dark. This is nothing more than a cheaply made KIT to maximize profit. THIS IS NOT A REAL BOWLING ALLEY. I wish they put this on their web site, but they won’t. Bowlero is taking over the landscape of the game, but we should honestly stop calling it bowling. On a side note, they staff were friendly and parking is easy.

This was my first time here with my friends. My friend had placed an order for their wings and requested she wanted all flats wings. Her food came and I finally was ready to place my order. I placed my order on the tablet located in our lane because I didn’t see our waiter for some time. Once I placed my order, our server came up 5 min later and I took the time to tell him I just placed an order for wings and that I’d like to have them all flats. My wings finally come out but it wasn’t as I requested. I waited another 30-40 minutes with no sign of my waiter so I asked an employee walking by to see if they can send our waiter. He finally comes 15 min later to check on party in lane next to us when I finally stopped him and told him how my food didn’t come as I requested.

He took the food and returned 5 min later with the manager Renzo W. The manager said that I cannot get my wings ordered all flats as they come “pre-made.” I explained to the manager how my friend in the same party had ordered hers with the same request and it was done so that could not be entirely true. Renzo still continued to argue with me even up until I grabbed my friends plate to show him ALL FLATS were on her plate. He even still then tried to say it wasn’t all flats until he inspected it yet again.

He proceeds then to interrogate me and asks “who made this?” I then explain like I did earlier this is my FIRST TIME here, I don’t know anyone here and that I didn’t even know my waiters name or even his name at the time.

He then tells me my only 2 options are a refund or take the wings as is. I told him how it’s unfair of him to tell me they cannot make my wings all flats when it was clearly done with my friends order before me. He still said he cannot accommodate my request.

Renzo then comes back and said he found who made my friend’s order and how they made an “exception.” I said well when the order was placed nobody told anyone that they were making this grand exception. Had that been the case I wouldn’t have ordered my wings the same way with expectation that it would be fine. After 45 minutes of arguing with me about WINGS he then said how he will make a 1 time only exception for me ALL FLATS! After he told me earlier he wouldn’t honor my request.

At this point he has to realize how long we have been there with KIDS. He wasted my time when he came over with absolutely NO INTENTIONS of resolving my issue APPROPRIATELY! Instead of interrogating me, the innocent customer, he should of had a conversation with his staff about what they can/cannot do and not punish me because it is my very 1st time here. He looks terrible coming the 2nd time around wanting to finally honor my request after shutting me down the first time. He tried to place blame and punish me for something that I clearly saw being done with no issue.

I declined his offer on making my wings all flats after 45min of arguing because it ruined my appetite to have to defend myself on a policy that wasn’t even honored by staff. Completely unprofessional from start to finish. Never lead with accusing a first time customer in front of their kids about wings especially when you could have just made it and said hey we normally don’t do this but I took care of it, it’s your 1st time , you didn’t know.

Then at the end of the night, at closing, he refused to give me my refund receipt and he said it was because it was placed with the tablet that they cannot print them. The waiter jotted down my name and email to send me a refund receipt but today 2 days later , no refund and no email. Never in my life have I been refused by a company to give me a receipt to show that they initiated a refund . I am still expecting a follow up on this as I refuse to be charged for something I didn’t eat and was advised earlier by manager that it was an option when he refused to honor my request . He had well over 3 hours to get me the refund but once again chose to be unprofessional which in my opinion, no point was made here except for the fact he needs to reevaluate his problem solving skills as...

We came to Bowlero to celebrate my daughter's 2nd birthday on a Saturday. I put my name on the waitlist around 4 pm and was expected to start bowling around 7 pm as quoted by the desk agent. When we checked in around 7 we were told there is a 30-minute wait due to guests who have yet to leave from their lanes. We said okay as we were still waiting for our party to arrive. Around 8 pm we checked in again and we were told they don’t think we would be able to get a lane as parties have not moved. Mind you we had been waiting since 4 pm, played the arcade games, and were told twice we wouldn’t be able to bowl. At this point around 8:15 all of our party had arrived and there was no way we could leave to go anywhere else as options were being fed to us to go to another location or come back tomorrow. All of these suggestions were given to us nicely but we’re not satisfied, as I stated my whole family had arrived to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Right when we thought all hope was lost at the last minute our superhero PATRICK EVANS!! came in and saved the day. He apologized for the inconvenience, understood our situation, and said I will make sure to get you a lane by 9 pm. When 9 pm came not only did Mr.Evans get us a lane..he got us TWO lanes. Took care of our bowling, apologized for the inconvenience, and turned everything around. When I say he went ABOVE AND BEYOND! We are truly grateful because he made our daughter's birthday the amazing night it turned out to be. It was worth the wait because he could have dismissed us and said sorry I can’t help but he put his hospitality skills and client satisfaction hat on and made it happen. Mr.Evans I want to say thank you, thank you for your grace, thank you for your service, and thank you for helping us celebrate our two-year-old. Mr. Evans also extended us 2 free hours of bowling the next time we come back. I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted everyone to know how much of an asset Mr.Evans is to Bowlero. This experience and review could have been a very negative experience but I’m glad it turned out to be more than we expected. We look forward to...

I wanted to share an experience with Bowlero Tysons Corner. It is an amazing place for the teens, children and may I add, adults!. It is extremely busy and exciting and the music selection perfect! You have two incredible, friendly and helpful managers, Jamal and Sosthene who went out of their way to make sure my grandson's 16th surprise birthday party was a success. The food was very good. We choose the replenish menu which was pizza, ff and chicken strips and 3 choices of soda. The ball selection was great, the alleys and sitting area was clean and fun. Everyone had a great time. I would highly recommend this location HOWEVER................. calling to make a reservations is not pleasant at all. They really are not knowledge and tell you to call the bowling alley, however the bowling alley is very busy and cannot answer the phone. This was a surprise party, so some of us arrived early. That was a waste of time, because you cannot go to the alley or decoration right behind your alleys because other parties are there. YOU CAN HOWEVER reserve tables behind your food area but the number you call for the reservations, tell you something different. So if you are going to do a surprise party, insist on speaking to a manager when calling and tell them you want to reserve a table for cake, presents and decorations or you will not get one, it is first come, first sits! The only other thing I can say, is if you have your reservations at 2:30 p.m. and someone else is still on your alley, I would bring that definitely to the managers attention because at 4:30 pm, two hours later, they will shut you off, even if you did not start until 3:00 pm. All in all we would go there again and enjoy the 2 hours of lots of fun and great music! Again THANK YOU Jamal and Sosthene for pulling this...
