FOOD POISONING thanks to Ralphâs Coffee. Iâve been here a number of times. Today I ordered a cappuccino and an hour later began showing signs of really bad food poisoning. I only drank a few sips of the coffee they made when I came in at about 11 AM (it was really nasty) and did not eat anything else for the rest of the day (as I could not hold anything down). I have been extremely sick the entire day and had to take off of work. When we called in the evening to speak to the supervisor to inform them, they asked what milk I had, we told her the team did not ask which and most likely added whole milk by default, no real issue there. She informed us they rotate their milks every two days. However she did not confirm that she checked the dates on todayâs batches of milk to back this up. Questioning how clean the coffee maker is (if it is growing bacteria that could be source), if the milk used was bad or if the baristas are trying to do some social media prank. Again, I literally have not eaten ANYTHING elseâŚonly that nasty cup of coffee.    Read moreThe customer service here was totally unacceptable. For a brand that is synonymous to âsophisticationâ itâs clearly evident that their staff is lacking in it. I audibly said to the cashier âhello, how are you doing?â I got a grunt in response. When another young lady bagged my order and handed it to me I said âthank you, have a nice day.â She quite literally rolled her eyes at me, said nothing, and walked away. So, Iâm not entirely sure how being polite and respectful to others merits the reverse.
I can completely understand having a bad day. I currently work retail/sales and I know itâs not pleasant. I truly sympathize. Iâve also dealt with my fair share of disagreeable people; however nothing justifies impertinence, especially when one is being civil to you.
Ralphâs Coffee - If you want your business to do well have a personable staff or teach them how to be.
I do hope the establishment and corporate takes into consideration feedback given, as poor customer service seems to be a highlight with quite a few of the reviews here. Service like this just makes you not want...
   Read moreService was terrible. This black employee was so mean, I think she is racist. I am Asian. I came into the store right before closing, about 5 minute before 6pm since the door was open. Then she told me that the store is closed, so I said oh okay, I wont order but just wanted to look around and was about to step inside then she screamed from inside and said âNo!! Donât step on the tile, they are already cleaned!â People walking on the mall looked at me as if I was doing something terrible. Seriously?? Ralph Lauren??
