I want to start with I always come to this location in the mornings, at least 4 times a week. The service is always great and food is great. This morning was terrible. They were getting killed with customers, but I didn’t mind waiting. I placed my order and noticed the person taking my order rang my large iced green tea in as a sweet tea, but working in food service myself I decided to wait until at the window to see if they had just rang it in wrong but still gave me my correct drink. The young girl handing out food was the same girl who normally I see in the morning. She’s always amazingly nice and helpful. She hands me a sweet tea and I ask if it was a green tea and that’s what my order was supposed to be, so she quickly runs to the back and grabs the correct drink. The manager on shift in a blue shirt turned around with the window open and yelled at her for why there was so much food waiting to be handed out, right after she had admitted to ringing things out of order, but assuring her everything was still there. The poor girl said she was confused and people just kept yelling at her and she wasn’t sure where to start. Again, with the window wide open, the manager pushes in front of her and yells “maybe you should stop walking away and you wouldn’t be confused”. She shoves my food into the girls arms and continues working with the rest of the food. I waiting for her to look back at me and made sure to let her know how unprofessional that was and how the only reason the girl walked away was to make sure I had what I ordered corrected since that manager has rang it up wrong. In a time when everyone needs employees, I reminded her to be a little more grateful and treat hers nicer. After all of the managers complaining, she still didn’t give the girl the right food to hand to me and I left with something that wasn’t mine. Not mad at the young girl. Not mad at the speed of my service today. Not mad about my order being taken wrong. Not mad about getting the wrong food. Anyone higher up than the older lady in the blue shirt should make sure she’s not in a manger position anymore. You should never be a manager if you can not handle the business and handle things getting chaotic without yelling at younger workers for your own mistakes. Very displeased with starting my day listening to that young girl get yelled at...
Read moreI will never ever buy dunkin donut from this store again. The staff is purely cold hearted. They don't give one care who you are, who you're with, and what us customers do. Here I will tell you why. We have a gender reveal, we somehow arranged and gone through all of the thinking and planning and choose to go with the dunkin donut. Our mom placed and paid the order for us on the internet. All we have to do is to pick it up. So we went through the drive through and my husband was very politely asked her (the staff) as soon as he sees her face and told her that "Ok, please don't tell us what's inside the bag, because it's a gender reveal thing, it's a surprise". And boom. Just like that, she decided to open her mouth and said "ok, we don't have jelly munkin" the staff doesn't care nor have a brain not even a sympathy to human beings. When we told her it's a gender reveal thing. She should have informed and asked that. Look, there are missing items. Would you like to know what items are mising. We will tell her exactly what that no, we don't mind what's missing. We will take that responsibility. Don't worry about it. That would have been a long life never forgotten memory. But no just like that. This happened 2 hours ago today. And this can never go back. The deal is done. We can't undo it. My husband and I were completely shocked and speechless in a car and she saw that. And I was seriously crying hard in there and trying to hold myself together. It was bad. I was shaking and all over the place. We didn't expect to get reveal inside of the car. We want it private we didn't want people to see our reactions. This whole thing would have happened at home instead...
Read moreDecided to visit this Dunkin this morning. Ordered my usual which is typically a large energy cold brew with four cream and four Splenda. And I also order a plain bagel toast it with cream cheese on the side. I get there at exactly 6:00 a.m. place my order and go through the drive-thru. I'm handed my bagel and then my coffee. I take a sip of my coffee and notice that I do not taste the expresso shot. I also do not taste any Splenda. So I go back through the drive-thru and inform them that I cannot taste the expresso and I do not think it's in there and I'm also missing the Splenda. The woman working the drive-thru argued with me telling me she put it in there. No problem I thought it is what it is. I then driveway. Upon parking my vehicle I go to get my bagel with my cream cheese on the side. My bagel was not toasted and I'm missing the cream cheese. I am not going back in fear that they may do something to my food. This is seriously...
