The lady taking orders and handing out food was holding a young child while doing her job. Literally making drinks and taking money with child in her arms. Crazy? Yeah, I couldn't believe it myself. Needless to say this made receiving food and drinks take longer. Then she forgot my request for condiments.
How was the food? Well I will start with, the last time we ate at this location, the food was below expectations. We went back hoping for a better experience. We ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 fries with 1 drink. The drink was very good. Sandwiches were cold and below the standard of expectation that brought is here in the first place. The fries you ask? We usually love the fries, however these were cold and had been waiting for a customer for some time before being served. I will say they were still better than Wendy's fries, but that is a low bar.
Overall, I won't frequent this location again anytime soon. Drove 15 minutes out of our way for this disappointment. No, I didn't return the food for replacement. There are a couple of reasons. First, the unprofessional experience at the window was considered. Having a crying baby being held by the lady handing out food was disgusting enough reason in a normal world, let alone a world of COVID. Another reason, why would I want to sit through a drive thru line a second time in order to get a decent meal? Why would I go into a store to replace food when I went through a drive thru? Why would I risk someone spitting in my food or worse? So I took my loss and moved on. Maybe my experience will save someone else from the same fate? Maybe the corporate office will read this message and make changes? Who knows? It will be quite a while before I stop here again. Read moreSo I went through the drive thru about a week or so ago got my change and food then pulled off. Luckily I stopped in front of the building to check my food and Count my change which was short. So I go inside inform the manager that I was short $40 when I got my change. ( she was also the one that gave me the change by the way. ) And that’s when she said that I’m the one that gave you your change and I know I didn’t short you. So I asked her if she could just go count the drawer mistakes happen and she said yes. She comes back about 25 minutes later and says I quote “ my drawer was only over $30 so here’s your $30.” So then I ask her well if her drawers over $30 clearly she has made some mistakes and I need my 10 more dollars. We went back-and-forth about this for about 10 minutes because she said there was basically no way that she shorted me 40 It had only been 30. So after that 10 minutes we just agreed that she would give me a $10 credit on top of my $30. So I go back the next day to use my credit and guess what ..... she’s not there and didn’t write down my credit. So I just pay for them and go on about my day. That brings us to today ...... I go in .... she’s there .... I tell her about the situation. Of course she says she wrote it down but whatever..... so on Mother’s Day they have one server and the manager ( that shorted me ) was on the grill and one person running the drive thru. Read moreWhen we first walked in it took 20 min to be seated. They were moderately busy but not too bad. Then we watched people come in behind us and two tables got their drinks and order taking before we did. We literally set at the table for 20 more min wacthing the people get waited on before us when we arrived before them. Finally getting our order taken after 40 min of waiting time. I was ready to leave but my family wanted to stay. I mean how good can the food be if customer service is that bad. Anyway I order the royale burger. The egg on the burger is supposed to be a hard egg right like all the way done it wasnt yoke running down my sandwhich i just took it off and also the bottom bun seemed like it was water logged i took it off as well everyones fries were nasty and cold then we went to leave and i can definitely see what this stores problem is its the manager all i seen him do the all time he was there is walk in circles and do jack. For real tho he didnt do a damn thing the whole hour i was there. I was wanting to check out cause they already wasted alot of my time i actually had had to yell at the manager to check me out or i was just going to walk out. I mean there were other people waiting to pay as well we all could have just walked out . i will never ever give this location another chance.
