I been going to this location here for awhile since I been working in the area just because it is the only dunkin right up the street from my job because I need my coffeee in the mornings and I like the dunkin coffee instead. The food and coffee is good but the people working there are not nice and act very funny. I go in almost every morning before work and I be nice and say hello and barely get a hello back and be getting funny looks like one girl I noticed her some days working standing at the drive thru window who I thought was cute and I finally tried to talk to when she was at the cashier, I said good morning to her and I told her I see her sometimes at the drive thru window and thatI thought she was pretty and I asked if she was single, she didn't answer nor smile and say thankyou, had an attitude, stuck up and funny and said, my stepfather is right there where I asked her again if she's single so I was just being nice so when I left she said something to one of the workers there and shook her head so it is just the way people are in the Philly area and with these girls having bad attitudes and so negative, people nowadays are so mean and negative and need to learn how to be friendly and be nicer, these people at this dunkin location are not nice so I'm not going here again and surely not getting my money if you do not know how to be nice and greet someone with a smile and be friendly especially if someone notices someone and thinks she is pretty and want to talk so I will only go the dunkins when I go back to New Jersey and Delaware or get my coffee at work or going to some of the cafes I go to...
Read moreNever again will I be back to this place. As soon as I walked in the service was terrible. I said Good morning to the cashier, got no response, proceeded to place my order. She never told me what my total was and just walked away after I put my debit card in. Never said thank you or greeted me. I told her I wanted the power breakfast sandwich on a plain bagel. She typed it in that way. The cook made it on the regular mutigrain bread. I said no I asked for it to be on a plain bagel just like the slip says. He must not of understood english because he just looked at me. I said again I need this on a plain bagel please. He then threw, yes threw a plain bagel in the bag without putting the sandwich together. I then said no way. I asked for it to be on a plain bagel, please make my power breakfast sand on a plain bagel. He finally did after the cashier had to explain it. Then he threw my bag down on counter once it was made. I told him I would never be back and that they all need to learn better customer service. They are slow, rude and they will not get anymore of my money. Word to the restaurant industry, please have good customer service. YOU are only in business because of paying customers like ME. That can quickly be taken...
Read moreMy experience in the drive thru was strange. When I pulled up the staff member scanned the Dunkin’ QR code in my Apple wallet. She then just stopped and was looking at me expectantly but not saying anything, so I said “Yes?”. She said “it’s $3.18” To which I was like “right”. I didn’t put my phone back out because she had already scanned, so I thought she was just telling me the amount. So then she looked at me longer and said again “it’s $3.18”. So I was like “oh, I thought you had already scanned” and gave her my QR code to scan again. She did it a few more times, then called for another employee who walked up and said “that’s a Starbucks gift card.” Very surprised, I turned my phone around and confirmed I had open the Dunkin’ Donuts app. It says Dunkin’ Donuts and is in their branding. So I pointed this out and he again scanned then said “well your balance is $0”. I showed him where it says my balance is $13. He said “your balance is $0”. I paid w credit card which is totally fine, but the employees only made things more confusing, not less. The drink itself was okay but based on other reviews they may need some training/management for the...
