Starbucks — Restaurant in Vacaville

This is the best Starbucks in this area. The vibe is very chill and relaxing. I actually go to study almost daily and it's clean and comfortable and the staff are really upbeat and friendly. I come here to focus on my work and distract myself from my work at home, and it's honestly helping me stay sane as a mother to 4 girls (2, 4, 6, and 9 yrs) AND a student at the same time. Im sure anyone with kids can imagine that life... This Starbucks and the people who work here are literally my stress relief and honestly my favorite part of my day sometimes because it's finally me time to chill.

As for service, they're fast, efficient, and they never get my weird and complicated order wrong, which is surprising. They learned my name and order relatively quickly and they are immediately welcome when you walk through the door. It feels...

I was told they had the slim tumblers and could not launch them til tues. I went there 430 am and the sign said they sold out! What kind of managment runs this place or did the workers decide to buy them when they closed the night before. Don't tell people that the manager will not sell them til a certain date then dont have them the day you said you will sell them. What a waste of time, gas, and sleep. Starbucks seems to hype things up and only sell a few at a time. Suckers like me fall for this everytime. Not anymore keep your $30 tumbler I will take my business somewhere else that actually cares about costumers and are honest! I will go to Five below store and get my grandson the glow in the dark tumbler. Who cares that is doesn't have Starbucks logo. If I could give Zero stars for this...

If could give zero stars I would. Was there yesterday and went to use the restroom...first off it was disgusting, the toilet was dirty, the floor around the toilet was dirty, then as I go to sit I see a COCKROACH on the floor!! EW! We informed the lady and she sent someone to get it...they didn’t bother to clean the bathroom, however. Then I started looking around and the whole place was filthy. Crumbs all over the floor, dirty tables, and chairs. Mind you it was about 10 am on Friday and there were like 5 or so people working, so certainly one of them can grab a broom and sanitized towel to clean up the place.
