Came to the restaurant with my son and service dog. I had everything I needed to prove that my dog is a medical service dog(my ID around my neck, ID around my dogs neck, lead and collar stating that he is a service dog, business cards telling people about my dog...). When I walked into the restaurant to ask the hostess for a table I was immediately asked by the manager to step outside the restaurant with my dog. I explained to the manager (Brian) that this is a service dog. Brian insisted that I tell him what my medical issues is. I told him he didn’t have the right to ask this. He told me that he did have this right according to CO state law. He insisted I tell him or I could just leave the establishment. Everyone at the bar was staring at me by this point because Brian was being very aggressive and loud. For some reason (flustered)I told him my medical condition and was very embarrassed about the entire situation. So I left! My son asked for the owners phone number for me and he was told to leave the premises or he will be forced off by Brian himself. I am a Vail resident and I am very saddened by the fact that I was treated in such a disgusting way. As I looked at the reviews for Vendettas it shows how Brain has harassed people with service dogs before. Not to mention the many other complaints left regarding this specific manager. Why would this establishment keep such a person working for them? Do they not value the locals? *Colorado State law says that the only thing that can be ask is “What service does the dog do service wise(alert)?”

Sunday Mar 2 at 4:40 pm i was visiting Vendetta and had terrible experience with one of the server, long story short i seen a lot of free tables and deside that I could take one with my friends, empty tables fotto attached, one of the server star to yelling on me that I can't just take this table , after that I was try to sign ot waiting list and deside to take bar spot and still no one came to take table, and I ask again for table they said I cold take it but the same server said! she don't won't to serve me and my friends 🤔😱😱 when I asked for her name she said, she not gonna tell me her name and when I ask enother server her name same answer, and then I ask to call for supervisor still no answer but then there was super nice black lady! She finally called for supervisor and i explained situation to him, he said he will find out that's happend in that day, hopefully he will, if you work in place like this you cannot said in the face I'm don't won't to serve you anymore especially if place not really crowded , this is services you would like to provide? I'm not sure hopefully you're owner will see this in will have some talk with all crew, thanks Supervisor and I waiting for answer, if there’s no answer for long time I will try my best find owner of Vendettas and we will see. Thanks for all and i still love this place.

This was a really fun experience; I'm surprised the rating isn't higher. We went for dinner (two people, Tuesday around 6-7pm). We sat downstairs, and while our waitress (Ester) had a lot of tables to manage, she did an incredible job of attending to us with prompt and friendly service (I hope she gets credit for that). As far as the food goes, we ordered the garlic bread, the tomato soup, and a pepperoni-garlic pizza. All three dishes were amazing. Vail is a good 30-45 minute drive for us, but we would seriously consider doing the drive again just for this food. One final note: the restaurant is divided into a bar on the upper level and a more traditional restaurant downstairs. While the menu downstairs doesn't show the pizzas, they will bring you the pizza menu if you ask. (I would strongly encourage management to bring at least one pizza menu per table by default, otherwise you're going to be missing out on sales).

It was 7 of us having a late afternoon bite and some drinks on Sun 12/8/24. The waiter was new Inthink, didn'treckognize him, and he wasn't friendly or nice like everyone else there. Right of the bet he was very short with us. We have had an amazing ski day, an easy group to.please, not very demanding at all. The waiter informed us that Vendettas no longer offer any happy hour, at all. That in itself is weired, but not his fault. But in a ski town to have a place with no apres options at all is strangely wrong. Change it, keep fewer things on the happy hour, or 1 thing, but nothing..... We ordered a whole pizza, some of us slices, beer and drinks. The food was good, but the service not so good. We never asked to have seperate tabs, as we know it's hard on the waiter. But when it came time to pay, we had 4 different credit cards between the 7 of us. Not an unusual request to tell the waiter to charge $100 on this card, $40 on that and so on, but he acted so rude about it, and that it couldn't be done. Very unprofessional. He left for a LONG time, came back and said rudely "I will have to write all this down", well, if you can'tremember4 cards, yes, that's what you have to do. It was only 4 cards, does he really expect a group of 7 to have 1 card? We eat out all the time, and have never experienced this at this place, or anywhere else in the valley. He also added 20% gratuity since we were over 6, but failed to mention that, which is not cool, fortunately we saw it, so he didn'tget 40% in tips. Eventually the manager came out, after waiting for the waiter to ring up our cards for 45 min to 1 hr. We have been coming to Vendettas for close to 20 years. We have always loved it, always recommended it to others, but we will think twice before coming back, at least not for...

What a nightmare x10! We have been coming here forever as a family and when we were told by the hostess that the wait was 1 hr, we asked if we could put in a pick up order and IF a table spot came up before our order was ready, could we eat it at the table? She said yes. And boy did Eric Petterson have an issue with that. We specifically came here 1 hour after my sister’s engagement because it is a favorite of ours and wanted to celebrate their special moment at a place with memories and Eric felt he had so much time on his hands he had to come yell in my moms face about what the hostess said would be okay. We intended on ordering apps and drinks and to tip our server appropriately knowing we had a food order that was APPROVED to be served if we got a table. Not only did Eric completely embarrass our family but the manager (who ‘said’ she was sending him home but she never did because she was too busy so she let this violent person stay) let him get in a female’s face, over pizza. He was clearly hyped up on some sort of substance and I will never, ever tell someone to come here again. I used to share this place with anyone coming to Vail, never ever again. Im sure this wasn’t an isolated incident as our server just kept apologizing for him and she was so embarrassed and frankly I would be scared to work around someone so unhinged and terrifying towards women. This could have been addressed quietly and in a professional manner but boy did they fail and RUIN a special day when Eric decided to come screaming out on the patio to make his personal point well known. Eric also mentioned “we’d be sorry”. Great send off. What a disgusting place. Eat at...

Had the worst customer experience here the other day. My boyfriend and I went on Saturday and asked for a table of five. We received one right away and we were thrilled. Our friends were running a little behind, so we order a couple drinks and an appetizer. After fifteen minutes of enjoying our drinks and waiting for our app, the manager, Sean, comes and asks if our friends are coming. We were confused and said yes, they're just running a lil late. Sean proceeds to say "ya, well we have a waiting list and if they're not here soon I'm going to have to move you." So, we order more drinks, two more apps and a large sized pizza, just so when the rest of our party got there we could eat and go. (We were going to a concert, and we're planning on eating fast.) Not even 10 minutes later, a total of 25 mins of waiting for our friends, Sean comes back AGAIN and this time yells in front of three tables full of people asking if our friends are actually coming and that if they're not we should move to a two top. We were astonished. Our food was placed, we had ordered 4 drinks, and three apps, and this manager was ruining our evening. We tried paying so we could just go, and he refused to take our card, just told us "he hopes our party gets here soon." A total of 30 minutes our 3 friends show up. No pizza yet, no apps, it seemed like perfect timing. Too bad Sean made our experience horrible, we just wanted to leave. I'm not going back for a long time. And I hope someone can teach Mr. MANAGER MAN proper customer service and accommodation. It's embarrassing for the whole...
