Worst expirience at the jewelry shop ever! I dropped off my ring for repair and about a week later they called me saying it's ready for pick up. When I stopped by they couldn't find the ring! Their question was if possibly I was supposed to pick it up at the different location. No! I want to be able to pick up my ring where I dropped it off! Few hours later they called me saying it's in Avon but they will ship it next day to vail. 3 days later I go to pick it up and a girl behind the desk doesn't have any idea about the ring and where to look for it!
