Bridge Street Lodge, CoralTree Residence Collection — Hotel in Vail

We booked what was stated to be one bedroom apartment at Bridge Street Lodge. The location was fantastic but the experience was not. I knew from checking the internet that we would check into the Christiana Hotel. I called the day before to confirm this was correct and to also see if we could check in early. I learned at that time we had essentially a hotel room with 2 queen beds and no apartment! I told me husband and said lets keep an open mind.||Check in was fine and staff helped us with our luggage to get to our room. Again location was great - right next to gondola One. But the room was tiny with 2 single beds and no amenities. OK we figured we would make the best of it and called desk to request something to make coffee or tea. Sure no problem they said will bring something over.||Went to use sink in bathroom and it was clogged and drained very slowly. Called front desk and was told it would be fixed next day ( called around 6 pm). It was repaired the next day. ||Room also very warm and we could not regulate temperature with thermostat- felt like radiant heat in floor so we kept sliding balcony door opened the entire visit.||Breakfast at Christiana was good every day- simple typical European continental breakfast. Went to front desk and spoke to an assistant manager about misleading representation of one bedroom apartment and her response was " oh well - I guess I'll have to take a look at that". Also asked again for Keurig or something like that to be delivered to room for coffee/tea. Finally got Keurig after third call/visit to front desk.|| Other fun detail was fire alarm went off at 5:40 in the morning one day. All residents evacuated the building and as we were talking one woman told us this was the fourth false alarm to go off in the past 2 weeks and fire department was threatening to close building if faulty alarm not repaired. I did see the maintenance guy and rep from the fire alarm company later that day and was told they had disabled that detector so it wouldn't...
