On October 25, 2022. I visited the Chick Fil A at 2975 Cobb Pkwy SE Atlanta GA 30339. I had a terrible and confrontational experience with a Team Member that was so horrible i had to make corporate know because the manager on site is not competent. I ordered a Spicy Deluxe with Pepper Jack Cheese and a Large Fry with Lemonade with no ice. This location is notorious for having a terribly slow drive thru and in the last year the level of service has declined. I will admit that Chick Fil A superior Customer service has me spoiled so I expect to not have to check my bag. In the last year this location has failed me several times. Once i got to the window and got my order, i began to pull off, while pulling off I checked my bad and realized i had the wrong sandwich. I parked my vehicle and went to the walk up and told the young woman with braids i had the wrong sandwich. She acknowledged me and began to make the correction. While she was walking away, another team member whom i was told name was Dottie, was actively fulfilling someone else's order. She stopped doing what she was doing to interrupt the cashier who was helping me to question the legitimacy of my complaint and started laughing and making jokes about it. I asked her directly " what was funny". She proceeded to ask me " Who i thought i was talking to" and " To calm down". She became very confrontational and I asked the cashier who was helping me to get a manager. The manager Jean Paul came over and i began to tell him my story. While I was telling him what happened. Dottie continuously interrupted me and was incredibly belligerent and confrontational. I was not able to fully tell the story and furthermore the manager was literally staring at me making no sound. He never spoke once. However, Dottie was so loud and confrontational it may have played a part. I have co workers who go to this same location and we discussed this incident together and they too have had an issue with no just Dottie but experienced the same Deer in headlights persona of Jean Paul. Dottie should not work at Chick Fil A. She is confrontational and literally stopped working to create problems where she was not directly involved. Read moreToday I visited Chic-fil-A at Akers Mill and ordered my usual 4ct strip mill with a large lemonade and large fry. I was quickly given my food and asked what sauce I wanted. I asked for Honey Roasted BBQ sauce. I was given 3, but when I asked for 4 more sauces the cashier told me that she couldn't give me that many. She informed me that Chic-fil-A has a policy where they're only allowed to give 4 sauces per customer. I was extremely surprised because I've been eating at Chic-fil-A for about 10yrs now and I've always had a pleasant experience except at this location for the second time. The first time I ordered the above meal and was give a 8ct nugget meal with a medium fry. I called and was told I can get a replacement meal, but was declined my meal due to not having a receipt and the manager telling me he can't look up the transaction. I paid for another meal despite being told I could get a replacement meal. Today I was once again disappointed by Chic-fil-A. Instead of given the meal I ordered I was given a medium fry that wasn't full and instead of a large. I'm just really disappointed in this location as well as Chic-fil-A for implementing this policy. I've always gotten 7 sauces with my meal and it's never been a problem until now. Read moreI came thru the drive thru today at 2:29pm during lunch. When did chickfila start giving a few (4)slices of a boiled egg instead of a sliced boiled egg on the Cobb Salad and instead of a grilled filet I received 5 nuggets which is NOT comparable to a grilled breast?!?! And why is this the only location doing this? This is unacceptable and not customary of other Chickfilas. I will be reporting this event to corporate off Buffington rd in Atlanta. My passenger also ordered. We paid for our food before we were advised by the outside woman to proceed. Then when we got to the window we were told that the payment for her order declined so she paid by other means. Upon checking her food 4 requested items were not in the bag and when she asked the young lady working drive thru told her she didn’t receive them because salad dressing cost $.27 for each extra after the first one and left it at that. My passenger insisted that she still wanted them and would pay the extra…the young lady seemed annoyed at this point. This area is across from the Galleria Office complex where the average salaries are $100k+ so its insulting to be treated like you cant afford extra salad dressing and condiments, which is what my passenger expressed to me and I agree!
