Okay, so everyone on here is commenting on their experience with Chipotle as an organization and the quality of their food. And I completely agree. I love Chipotle. I eat Chipotle frequently, and I eat at different Chipotle locations across the Southeast each month when I travel for work. However, I'm confused at how reviewers have not realized the great disparity between typical Chipotle service and the service here on Cumberland Pkwy.
First off, let's talk about the rudeness of the employees here. I understand Chipotle is busy most of the day, but please stop complaining about it. Had the employees never been to a Chipotle before accepting employment? Stop complaining in front of customers, and stop being short with customers because you're tired. We all work long days, we are all tired. Additionally, you don't work at a restaurant where it's slow on weeknights and are able to go home early. Because people want Chipotle at 9:59PM. If your restaurant is open, serve your customers.
On that note, if a restaurant is open until 10PM, have food hot and available until 10PM. I understand you want to go home early, but customers do not come to Chipotle for limited options and cold food. If that's what people wanted, they would have stayed home and sought out sustenance within their pantry and refrigerator.
With regards to service, AGAIN I understand your job filling orders on the line is long and exhausting, but please don't cut on your quality. I assume most employees at Chipotle do not have a background in order fulfillment processes, but if you want to decrease time per order, you have to maintain the quality of your service. So please learn how to scoop sour cream without getting it all over cup containers, bowls, lids, and aluminum foil. It might slow you down, but people's food and the other condiments might escape the sour cream splash zone.
I would like to support these complaints with some background. First, I have been to this Chipotle probably twenty times. Service is consistently worse than all other Chipotles I have eaten at. Also, I love Chipotle, and these experiences will not deter me from eating at Chipotle, just this location. The primary reason for writing this complaint is for management to make changes to this location. When customers spend their money on high quality food, they expect high quality service...oh wait, let's look at the company's mission:
"At Chipotle, we aim to do a few things but do them exceptionally well. When Chipotle first opened its doors in 1993, the goal was simple: to serve high quality, delicious food quickly with an experience that not only exceeded, but redefined the fast food experience.
To that end, we focus on sourcing the best possible ingredients, serving the tastiest food, and growing the most capable team we can.
Good food IS...
Read moreI DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHIPOTLE!!!I really do not understand why this place is open. This is probably the WORST Chipotle on earth. This place is ran by a bunch of misguided kids with filthy attitudes. I walked in on Tuesday trying to get a veggie bowl- there was no guacamole (isn’t that what Chipotle is known for?!). I asked what was the substitute or would I have to pay the full price without what seems like the main ingredient, and this one girl just stared me down as if she couldn’t speak. This little girl was non responsive, she was ignoring me for whatever reason (very rude)! So a few other team members walked up and I asked if someone who has the ability to respond could help me. A tall black kid with curly hair rudely blurted out (with others whispering in the background) how the veggie bowl would be the same price because there were other veggies - makes no sense to me because guacamole is usually an up charge but now it is equivalent to other veggies. After that senseless response, I proceeded with my order and the same girl had a very bad attitude dishing out my food so I just left. The following Thursday I decided to give it another shot as this is the only somewhat healthy option I could eat after the gym. I walked in and a girl with brown cornrows was somewhat pleasant and assisted me with my veggie salad. There was a girl with red dishing cornrows that was dishing out the protein who was helping me out but after she started yelling out how she needed to lock the door because people keep coming in. I get to the register and the same tall black guy with curly hair is checking me out and I ask for dressing for my veggie salad and he lets me know there’s no dressing. At this point I’m confused because the experience this day was somewhat better but here we go again. I was confused and asked again and he told me it was 9:50pm it’s sold out because of the customers (which he referred to as “they”). Honestly, this is very unpleasant as the sign at the door and online states that the business closes at 10:00pm. It was 9:50pm and these children are screaming about locking the door because they do not want to work and are ready to go. If this establishment doesn’t close at 10pm, these hours need to be updated as it is confusing to customers who actually want to spend their money here. They need to work on proper planning and food prep. It’s crazy how I went through 2 horrible experiences days apart. CHIPOTLE DO BETTER!!!!! Hire people who actually value the reputation of this business. I’ve been to other Chipotles (which I love) and this is the worst one. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Save your money and time from this...
Read moreIn the last two years this location has gone down hill! I mean straight TRASH. I don't even know where to start. Let me run down the list.
The location is DIRTY! I don't mean once in a while dirty, but we are too busy serving food to care about how clean the eating area is. Looks like a hurricane ran through it 24/7.food on the floor, tables dirty, floor dirty, and just nasty. It needs a deep Mr. Clean cleaning! the bathroom reminds me of World war 3! you may gag a couple times while in there. while the staff is too busy trying to get the constant long lines down.
The staff! whew chile! the GHETTO! It's like going back into your high school cafeteria honey. No customer skills! and they don't give two bleeps about you. Get your food and get the hell out of the line! THE EMPLOYEES HATE BEING THERE AND SERVING the public. They are constantly getting smart with the customers, rolling their eyes, giggling, laughing, talking mess, and a few look like they straight came in high. I normally ignore their nasty attitude, but I finally got into it with their selective hearing employee. I don't know who is hiring these people, but go back to the drawing board. They are terrible like moldy bread.
The Management LOL! they look exhausted and like they do not care. They act like they can do no better and that's just the way it is. I highly advise they get a little more strict about who they hire, no! just fire almost everyone and start all over. You can't keep employees because management is not doing their job. They need to hire someone to clean.
The food is either a hit or a miss. Either bland or good. It's like a fortune cookie, You never know what you are going to get. They show favoritism in giving portions. They Will look at you crazy if you tell them that's not enough meat. Lazy with the portions, and don't you dare complain. Selective hearing on what you want on your food and will look at you crazy of you dare correct them.
I will never come back. I have tried to be understanding in the last two years, but this place needs some big changes and new management. I will go to Kennesaw.
I WILL NEVER BRING MY MONEY BACK HERE AGAIN. The employees are terrible, the place is dirty, and the food is a...
