Let me say I was a little confused in terms of looking this place up online what the menu was. Once I got there I realized why I was confused. It’s basically an Asian food court. All under one roof you have five options of places to eat. Like a food court you have to walk up to order your food either take it to go or sit down in an open area or at the bar. Not what I was expecting.
There are seating areas both inside and outside so a nice day definitely somewhere to sit outdoors and enjoy the sun. Inside is also clean and wide open space.
The service was very good we ordered sat and waited and they brought the food to us. The only down thing and it’s probably because of corona was all the food was served in plastic, plastic forks knives spoons containers for the soup no real plates.
We made the best of it and got something from each of the restaurant kiosk. All the food we tried was really good. From the chicken skewers to the basil rolls to the fried rice everything was delicious. The hot and sour soup was the best I’ve ever had. Didn’t have to add lemon juice or hot sauce or anything. It was absolutely the best. I always get hot and sour, I probably had it 1000 times in my life.
This is not a place I would go for date night but it’s definitely a place to go for lunch for a quick bite meet a person for lunch or dinner...
Read moreThe mediocre food is wildly overpriced here. The location is what gives them a win for now. I visited the location inside called Fantasia. The kiosk ordering doesn't allow you much room to add items simply to exclude. Well I wanted to add items so I completed the order and asked to have extra onions in my meal. It was like I asked for a free thousand dollars because the manager was rude and slightly disrespectful. I'm a patient person sometimes so I simply stood there refusing to match his vibe. He scolded me for not paying using it he kiosk and then mumbled some more under his breath. I understood his interaction as I'm not welcomed here, GOT IT! I won't be returning. It's a relatively small area behind each "restaurant" so food prep and cleanliness worry me in a place like this. In addition, I ordered a beef dish by found a shrimp had made it's way into my bowl. What if I'd had a shellfish allergy? This is lazy and dangerous. That's what the nasty manager man should be focusing on. I'm not returning anytime soon here that for certain. I suspect that although it's setup like a food hall, the same entities run the entire setup. The drinks are the exact same and price at every location. That odd in and of itself. $5 for a small lemonade??? Like I said,...
Read moreI have been here a few times the first time i got a boba tea and the girl working would shout out the orders and hand out drinks very politely but after ordering my drink i sat at the table right in front and she never called my order but called out many after mine i waited 30 minutes so i thought maybe she forgot when i went up and asked about it she looked over at a drink in the corner and said oh its over there no im sorry not even a my bad she didn’t even get up to hand it to me. Another time I got ramen and my family got shake shack since I had hot ramen they came to eat with me on the patio and a man came out to tell us we couldn’t have the shake shack on their patio which even though I had clearly a tray of ramen and it was clear I was eating there I still understand they don’t want competitors food on their property. What I didn’t like is how the man spoke to us like we were idiots he was so passive aggressive and rude that his tone alone made me never want to eat there again. The entire place needs a long lesson on customer service because it seems that no one there knows how to speak to people. The food is okay but the service will make you lose...
