Not sure how Famous they are, but if they keep serving Lobster Rolls like this and the keep up their amazing customer service, there going to become Famous. Stolling out of the International Sand Sculpting Championship we were talking about going to "A Taste of Maine", but saw Masons on the corner and decided to give it a try. As we walked in we were greeted by the staff with a warm welcome and asked if we had been here before. Since not, the cashier and maybe owner called us over and explained eat of their sandwiches. The also gave us a sample of their Lobster Bisque and Clam Chowder. We got a Connecticut and Bar Harbor with a cup of Bisque and Chowda. First, it comes pretty quick and they will bring it to your table. Both the Rolls were fantastic. Nice and warm, buns are butter toasted. I was just in Boston and they were as good and properly priced. Lobster Roll, soup and drink was like $25-30. Thought it was a good helping. Soups were good, I'm a chowda snob, err conensore... Thought it was a bit thin, little to soupy, but tasted fine. The Bisque was kind of the same. We would definitely come back again, when in town and looking for...

They serve their rolls in a split top buttery toasted bun. The food is fresh and good quality. Expect high prices. I doubled down on the bar harbor Connecticut roll. They add a lobster tail on top of a regular lobster roll. I was in heaven. I did add a side of potato salad. It's not homemade, but it was fine. They serve fountain drinks along with bottle drink options. This is a chain restaurant with counter service and has inside seating. They bring your order out to your table if dining inside. We had fast friendly service. The restaurant is clean, modern, and roomy. There's even a small gift shop area. All the staff were friendly and attentive. The dining room attendant even disposed of our trash for us with a smile. This is a gem on the south end of the...
Read moreWell, it's a charming and quaint spot on the strip of Atlantic Ave. 1s thought, "Hey, lobster rolls," because I love a good roll. First up, the decor is fun, the staff is friendly, and there are so many ways to get your lobster roll. I typically focus on a better-toasted roll, warm butter lobster meat, or mayo. So, I went with the Connecticut roll. The bread was not a bun but appeared to be a fancy butter-toasted bread. The bread was very soft, the lobster meat was okay, and it didn't melt in my mouth, but it was not disappointing at $20. Lobster roll, and yes!! I said it was one roll total of $20. So, of course, if I brought one, it was because it's a fave, and I was willing to give it a go and determine if I'll have a local spot to grab one. It's a great...
