062625 Update. Back to my favorite pizza place on The Atlantic Ave, Virginia Beach, VA. Always pleased with the pizza. Its so good! Always makes me happy & let me forget the worries & sadness in my life. See you again sometime. Thanks for taking my blues away. 051125 Update This place is special to me. Upon returning, it is still the best pizza place on the Atlantic. The crust was perfect. That makes all the difference. This time I had a half & half Pepperoni/Vegetarian large size pizza. All ingredients were fresh. Like it was picked today! Although prices increased. Probably bc the cost of food items, running a business. But it was worth the reward of a very satisfying pizza. I will return year after year. It is THAT good. Bravo. One year update: Still can't be beat along Atlantic Ave. 1 yr later & still perfect! Fresh toppings, not frozen. This place keeps drawing me back. Oh so good😋

From the alien figures & pictures, this place is one of the better pizza joints at Virginia Beach oceanfront area. Located right at 9th St sign, you can't miss it. Most importantly, it's the pizza, the reason for eating here. Perfectly cooked to order, the crust is amazing. It takes skill to make a perfect crust. They say a good crust makes the pizza great! The mini (8") pizza arrived still steaming hot as you grasp a slice. The real mozzarella cheese would ooze and extend from your mouth to the slice you're holding. Impressive. Now the crust. A perfectly cooked thin style crust almost like a wafer crust at the ends. The ingredients are fresh, not canned. Like all pizzas should be. Too good to be true? Yes. Because the Soda at $2.99 offers no free refill. On a hot 90°F day, I drank it like, in a second! All kidding aside, do eat the pizza here. It...

We were seated quickly. Peyton, or server, was very attentive. We ordered a medium cheese pizza, a basket of fries, an order of toasted raviole, a water and 2 margaritas on the rocks. The water came out quickly. Shortly after, the pizza and fries came out. The pizza was alright, but akin to little Caesar’s when it’s not hot anymore. The fries were good and just my style. If you like hard crispy fries, then ask for them to be cooked longer.

Eventually the margaritas came out. Lots of salt, big glass, and extremely sweet. It was so sweet and didn’t taste like tequila that my friends had me try their’s. I sniffed it, tried it, and it tasted like straight juice. There’s no way there was any alcohol. When one of my friend noticed that a bug was hanging out on her ice cube, Peyton was helpful and came back with a new one. She also apologized a few times for the raviole not being out yet.

We were almost done, when she brought them out. I bit into one, after allowing them to cool down a bit. They were a bit greasy and fillied with different cheeses and maybe some tiny pepper bits. They were akin to totinos pizza rolls but in a ravioli shape. They were good except the tasted raviole option said they were toasted and stuffed with Italian sausage.

When we got out to the car, the one friend, who finished his “margarita”, used a breathalyzer and blew a 0.00. This might make sense if we had been there a while, but we were only there for 45 minutes or so.

TL;DR - In all, Peyton was great, the facility was nice looking and clean, the pizza wasn’t worth it, the alcohol was not likely alcoholic, and menu options don’t match the...

0 stars. We went driving by since we are staying across the street and we love trying new places so it looked good but didn't see many people inside wondered why and we found out as soon as we walked in the door, the lady at the front an older lady with a very smart mouth proceeded to tell us that it was take out only because they were closing soon. That is absolutely fine we respected that just simply asked her if it was a family recipe because they had been in business over 20 years she looked at me like I had just slapped her infant child. We decided against eating here because she was so rude it completely turned us off from everything. Maybe someone else will have better luck when the older white lady isn't there being completely rude to potential...

The decor is INCREDIBLE and we thoroughly enjoyed the alien theme and artwork. Staff were also very nice. Those two reasons are the only reason I am not leaving one star. I feel like they overcharge and under deliver just because of the tourist location. Food was decent but very overpriced. I got 2 12” pizzas and 3 drinks for $45. I asked for Ranch and was told it is extra. Okay, fine. I asked first a refill on my FOUNTAIN soda and was told they do not give refills on soda??? Then they brought us paper plates for our food……… THEN the pizza was the thinnest crust I have ever seen in my life. Photo attached. The cheese slices on top of the pizza were thicker than the crust.
