So they had 2 people “covering” from a store that’s “on base” today, I asked for a tuna melt (I love them from subway) as the rather rude employee attempts to make it, she went to toast it like a regular toasted sub (they charge $2.49 extra for a melt I may add) I said “not a toasted sandwich, I wanted the melt” she replies with “well that’s how I make a melt” I explained that was just a toasted sandwich
So after she just walks away, she sends the 2nd employee over who then adds the extra cheese for the melt, puts it in a bag, sets the toaster for about 10 seconds and ding….Well the bag doesn’t look like a regular melt, I then said, no I wanted a melt, she replied “this is a melt” opened up the bag to see that not even the cheese was melted, I said, how can a melt come with cheese that’s actually melted.
