Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Virginia

This Baskin Robbins has the rudest employees, horrific service and they are always looking to rip off the customer. On several occasions the shakes taste like milk because they do not put enough ice cream in them. On one particular occasion an employee would not make my cones to go by putting the ice cream in a cup and giving me the cone. I have done this millions of times and on this occasion the employee refused and insisted I had to be charged an additional amount for the cones. He rang up a charge for .69 cents that said nuts. Also the sign free upgrade for a waffle cone is a lie. The same employee that charged me for the cones would not give the waffle cone. If you want to get ripped off, get poor service and downright rude interaction go to this Baskin Robbins. This store is giving Baskin Robbins a bad name! If I could give zero stars...

If you walk in you'll probably get good service. However this staff is not trained at all with any online orders. My order sat on a third-party app for 30 minutes and when I called the store they said that they didn't even work with the application that I was using. When I called that service directly they tried to contact the store and the store refused to pick up. This is not an issue with their staff this is a direct issue with their management. Their management does not care and the staff has no way to contact management once they go home for the day.. 100% checked out and if you have a problem you are on your own. Never order from this store unless you want the order to be wrong, don't care whether or not they actually have the product in stock, and generally want to support a poorly...

The guy at the register was very grumpy and had a frown on his face when I asked for a sample. Don't hang a vibrant sign advertising free samples, if eye rolling comes along with it! He served me a scoop of the wrong flavor and didn't bother to apologize! I get it and don't expect stellar service at a 24 hour BR/Dunkin Donuts, but the service left me with a sour taste. I echo other Yelpers who've felt less than welcomed.

The Pumpkin Cheesecake Ice Cream was a disappointment. Didn't match the appetizing description at all! Very bland vanilla watered down sugary ice cream coated with food coloring. There were skimpy morsels of gingersnap cookies. Where was the cheesecake?
