I have been in this location multiple time since locating here. The experience has only been friendly once otherwise the people arent exactly the friendliest. I dismissed that because I got my pizza and left within 15 mins. On my last visit I was highly disappointed to find out not only did I have to pay the .59 cent up charge for a little extra sauce on a $5 pepperoni pizza but I was charged an additional $1 for them to make it as if it was an inconvenience. I was rang up without being told that there was an additional charge to make it. I had to question why it was so much only at that time I was then told why. I had never been charged that previously there or at any Little Ceasars from here to Florida. The other killer is that they weren't busy and employees were standing around talking. So now you have to be forced to pay for something that you dont want in order to get it for regular price or pay "INCONVENIENCE FEES" plus the additional fee for something that you do want. No thanks Little Ceasars. I would rather pay $14 for a real pizza instead of $8 for a pizza that is mediocre plus the gas that it took me to drive 12 miles (one way) to get. Oh, I called corporate to inquire and they took my info saying that the location owner would call me and I have yet to hear from the 3 weeks later. Since Little Ceasars allows their franchisees to do what they want ,I will no longer continue being a committed customer and I will post this on other outlets along with this location. I will retract if I am contacted with a resolution which is all that I wanted...
Read moreI went in to get dinner after work. I ordered the half pizza half cheese bread and a pepperoni pizza with mushrooms and onion on it. Was told it would be 10 minutes. That 10 minutes turn into 30 minutes or more. There were 6 people that came in after me and one by one I seen them get their pizza and walk out the door. I'm still setting there waiting. There was a young lady that was working there had come out and ask if I got any pizza from anyone. I told her no. She went back and checked and then came to me and said that they had made the wrong pizza and it would be a few minutes longer. So 10 more minutes went by. By then more pizza was going out the door to other people that came in to get pizza. I'm still waiting! While still setting there she looked at me and said that it would be just a few more minutes. About 5 minutes later I had my pizzas. She apologized and gave me a free bag of bread sticks. We had already ordered cheese bread and had no need for the bread sticks. Maybe if the employees that were working there had been paying attention instead of talking and laughing when I came in and waited for my order I could have been out sooner and I would not had to wait. I don't think a pizza with pepperoni, onion and mushrooms would be that...
Read moreThe lady at the front desk took very long to answer the phone when I tried to order. I mentioned this because another customer complained saying that he called 8 times before coming in person. She told me to pick up my order in 10-15 minutes I came in after 20 minutes. Then I had to wait for other 10. I was very polite when I asked how long it would take. I was in a rush. She was very rude saying: Do you want a return for your order? In a very disrespectful way. And then saying it’s not her fault, they’re so busy! It’s ok if you’re busy, but be sure, confirm with the people in the kitchen if you need to, before giving a time. If you tell me it will take 30 minutes instead of 10, I can come in about 30 minutes or maybe order in another pizza place. Be responsible with others. We have a life and it’s just a business. And the last thing you want to hear when you order food is to the cashier giving excuses because your meal is not ready and very impolite offering you a refund after you already waited for so long. It doesn’t matter if the place is a Little Caesar’s or the most expensive restaurant in the area....
