Fantastic sandwich shop in WW!! The flavor combinations they create on sandwiches and in salads is unmatched and fantastic. Vegan, vegetarian and meat-lover choices with great options for kids too! I recommend this place to everyone locally and tourists. Though, please, please salt and pepper your chicken. That's the only critique because unsalted proteins can bring down the overall flavor experience and your food is too good to miss this vital step in food prep.
Great hours and service. The drive thru on 9th Ave is efficient and makes the lunch and dinner rush much easier by allowing text in ordering!
I do miss the complimentary salads that used to come with sandwiches a few years ago. I remember at the time the responsible and reasonable communication from management about this change and that prices were increasing slightly so they could pay their staff a better wage and that there was no need to tip because they were paying their staff their worth!! Seeing the owners value staff like that not only makes me want to patronize their establishment more, I know happy staff make better food and stick around longer. They know that investing in staff is an investment in their company and everyone wins!
That being said, I am a little disappointed to see the tip jar back and being asked if I want to tip when I use a debit card. Their statement of cutting salads and price increases a few years ago didn't bother me, but now everywhere I go it seems people expect to be tipped for doing the job they are already paid to do. Especially when I sit in the drive thru on 9th, in a running vehicle, awaiting food I am leaving with, I do not expect to tip employees for doing their job.
Last, but most definitely not least, THE BROWNIES!!!! Exceptional price for this delicious gem! Don't miss out. Make sure you get this delicious, decadent bite of the perfectly prepared brownie! You won't be sorry.
Great to see they expanded into the Tri-Cities area more than a decade ago with their delicious menu.
Keep up the...
Read moreI hate leaving negative feedback, but this was earned.. The food here is AMAZING but don't expect your business to be valued. My gf & I placed a $25 to-go order (in person) today and it was around 20 minutes before it was brought out (usually 5 mins top). We didn't raise a fuss about it because we understand we're all human & mistakes happen sometimes, but about 8 orders placed after ours came up before ours. When I very politely inquired to whom appeared to be the manager, I was met with poor attitude & the discovery that our order was lost/dropped from the queue somehow. Yet we weren't offered a coupon, gift card/store credit, future discount, partial refund or anything (nor did I ask, because you shouldn't have to - plus I don't enjoy being rude/prying) beyond a semi-sincere & annoyed apology . As locals who've eaten here countless times, we simply will not be returning. I don't believe in handouts, but as a former business owner I do believe in doing right by your customers & making it right somehow when you fail; it's basic business ethics. Graze leadership... you need to step up your customer appreciation game because you owe your success to this community and they deserve better from you; and right now you look like your business is run by incompetent clowns. This kind of thing should not be happening if you plan on still being in business in 20 years. You...
Read moreUpdated review: John reached out to me individually to apologetically explain he had advised his team to not charge for the sides while the technology was updating. Impressed with John reaching out, offering to comp my next visit with sandwich vouchers. Thanks John!
Original: After ordering $60 worth of sandwiches I went to pick up my order I was told I needed to pay for the chips and salad that I was forced to select via ordering online. Meaning, there is no way for me to order online without selecting chips or salad. Yet, they now charge for these items. They need to change their policy after the technology is ready. I can afford the chips and salad however it's the principle of how they handled it. I will most likely not come back because of the poor...
