Bad service, and one of their tv was out.

Regarding the TV being out. I sat near the jukebox in the corner of the bar because it was so crowded near the center of the bar, probably where all the main TVs are. I was facing the bathroom/bar. There were only 2 TVs there and one of them was frozen for the whole 40 minutes while I was there. I recommend having your staff occasionally check the TVs to make sure they are still working properly.

Regarding the bad service we experienced. We entered the pub, went to the bar to be served. We stood there for a few minutes before someone realized we were trying to be served. We were told it was table service. Great! We got our menus, sat down and waited 10 minutes before someone checked up on us/took our order. We were thirsty and ready for drinks, so we were ready to order asap. This was partly my friend's fault, but he ordered a "Lagunitas". Well, there were 2 different types of "Lagunitas" on the menu right next to each other and he has no idea which one he got; the waitress should ask a clarifying question of which one my friend wanted. Once we got our drinks and we drank through them, it also took a while before anyone asked us if we wanted another. When we were paying, the waitress who took our card and who returned our card were different and had no idea who to return the card/check to. I also wanted to get some more water, but after she dropped off the check, she ran off...

Slow (but friendly) service. Food was alright, room temperature when it got to our table -- taste/flavor was good, just some things that needed to be HOT (wings) were room temp at best. Tasted ok, but nothing I'd go out of my way for.

Definitely the type of place you go for with friends to watch games and you're planning on staying in close proximity to the bar (ie hounding your server to keep on top of your drinks) and not really paying much attention to food/service in general.

The staff was extremely friendly and polite, but slow. I thought it may have been a headcount thing, but I turned around and watched them -- it was a skill-set thing. Very inefficient in how they were collectively going about things. Checking on a table and not taking anything away, taking a drink order, then sitting a table of 5 and taking their order...only to forget the initial drink order and have to stop by again and take the same order.

If you can't handle the two orders...self awareness, just take the one, have someone else sit the 5-top or sit them, but tell them you'll be right back to get their drinks.

Anyway...nothing was terrible, just some feedback. Will be back to see if it's always like that or if a hard 3, soft 4 star review...

Great for watching sports. Not so great for fast service during a busy sports day (college football saturday, in my case).

Plenty of TVs to watch anything and everything. And opens at 9am on college football Saturdays, which is what a real sports bar should be doing. This part, they definitely are doing right.

However, it looked like they had 3-4 people servicing the whole, packed place, but needed probably 2 more to really get things done in a timely manner. Personally, I think they could make enough extra money through extra orders to pay for the extra help during those peak times. I mean, it's a sports bar for crying out loud on a college football saturday.

The food was very average (club sandwich and fries). The sandwich was good and as expected for bar food. However, the fries were like eating styrofoam. Gross. I didn't finish those. Table next to me ordered nacho plate, but that looked pretty generic, too - granted, I did not have it, but looking at it did not make me wish I had ordered it.

Maybe during not-so-busy times, the service and maybe the food would be better, but I'm not sure I'll be...
