My son and I just had the worst experience Ever at this Moe’s location. The location is off of Watson Blvd, Warner Robins, GA. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing. The staff was busy cleaning in the back. One employee spoke and asked my order. My son ordered. I asked for a home wrecker bowl. I asked for chicken. Ms said no chicken, only beef. I said ok then. I asked for rice, beans, corn peaco, cheese and lettuce. She said we only had three of the items. No corn. No lettuce. At this point I’m really aggravated. But my son really love the chips and cheese. So I was gonna sacrifice for him. My son and I was going to dine in so we could talk a little while eating. We usually talk during dinner. The young lady ask to ring up our order. She did not bother to ask us to dine in or carry out. There was a young man that said to us, you do know we close at 9:00 right, I said to this young man, yes. I do know you close at 9:00 sir. I told him that my son and I will be dinning until we are finished, and the time is not 9:00 yet. He the told me, you know we did not have to serve my son and I 30 minutes before closing (refused to accept us dining). I then told him, don’t worry sir, my son and will dine elsewhere. I’ve worked in Restaurants business for 15 years. Management 10 years. NEVER would I have treated a customer in this manner. Read moreI usually don’t have any issue at this location, but yesterday one of the managers, Cedric Holmes, treated me very rudely. I had placed an online order. When I showed up they were still preparing my order after the pick up time. Because he was currently working on my order I asked him to add a cup of quest. He told me I would have to get it the back of the line which had a few people there and I didn’t understand why I would have to so I changed my mind. By the time they had finished making my order, the line went down so i decided to wait. As I was speaking with another customer about how I felt it was unnecessary for me to have to get back and line & wait for people to make their food for me to get a cup of queso. Cedric butt into our conversation and began telling me I have to wait which I was already doing. I asked him to stop speaking to me because I was want talking to him and he proceeded to taunt me and laugh in my face in an attempt to anger me. He argued back in forth with me for a moment in front of other customers. I asked to speak with the manager and he told me he was the manager. I told him I wanted to speak with the manager over him and he refused to give me their info or share mine with them. He also did not want to serve me and made the other employee do it. Read moreI ordered a JC quesadilla with steak and the guy who prepared my food put hardly any steak on the tortilla. I advised him the portion was small and he said that I could get additional meat for extra, I declined. After paying for my food I addressed concerns about not having enough steak on my quesadilla to the girl at the register and she said she would see if she can get some extra steak for me. I didn’t ask, she offered. I’m assuming the guy who made my quesadilla was the shift leader/supervisor because she went over to ask him. As i was getting my drink i could hear him responding to the girl “No No...” in a rude/disrespectful way loud enough so i could hear. It was very unprofessional and he could have told her directly in a respectful tone. Also, on top of that, they had NO sweet tea. A good business keeps up when their tea urn’s to ensure they’re not running low. People shouldn’t have to wait 5 minutes on tea to be brewed, they should at least keep back up tea.
