ROBERTO! If I could give him 10 stars, I would. I'm not one to leave reviews often, but Roberto's customer service was impactful today. I went to this location yesterday after placing a mobile order with 2 beverages and 3 food items. When my order was ready, I was told that they were out of one of the food items. This was particularly disappointing as I was on the way to a funeral service and did not have time to spare. The young lady who shared the information with me said she could replace the item (at which time I couldn't even think of the menu) or refund the item. I was willing to do the refund right then and there and shared that I was on my way to the services. I asked how long it would take since I had been there for ten minutes waiting. She said that she would first have to take a customer who walked in after me. It was very frustrating. Having worked in customer service several years, it was baffling to me that she would not quickly process the refund before taking the customer that had just walked in the building. I guess she could see the distress in my face having the knowledge of where I was headed. She then said I could come back the next day to get the item or a refund. I left disappointed in my experience with this location, but would not have left a review as my mind was on more important things. I'm so thankful that I was able to go back today and Roberto was at the register. He greeted me and I only explained the him that the item I ordered through the mobile app yesterday was out of stock and that I wanted to receive the refund and would order drinks to put the credit towards. They had an order slip with my order from the previous day. He simply smiled and said got you. I placed my order and Roberto went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of today. He had no idea of the circumstances behind why yesterday's event frustrated me. I was not looking forward to going back to ask for my refund, but I was definitely not going to pass on it. He simply provided AMAZING customer service and was truly sincere. Roberto, your small gesture made such an impact on me today. Thank you for your kindness! You redeemed this location...
Read moreSo. It's definitely no scooters.... Not that I typically come to Starbucks in the first place ... However, I had a very important appointment with someone... When I walked inside, I immediately felt like I was being rushed out of the way, which was not a big deal since I was about to meet someone. After I ordered my mocha frape (if that's even what you'd call it??) I asked if I should carry on with my meeting or wait? She said you can stand there but if anything they could bring it .. in an unpolite manner . Needless to say I waited as long as I could without disrespecting the party that I was meeting. I eventually walked outside and sat down and proceeded with this important meeting.... I gave it a few minutes, and told the lady I was with that I was getting a little irritated because 10 minutes had passed and I still have not received my SMALL ....SMALL... SMALL frape. So I go inside and they're barely even working on it ... Well whatever I get over it, and I go to drink it.... It taste like SOUR MILK. So I'm very unhappy and this is probably why I don't choose Starbucks. It's over priced and it's completely overrated. SCOOTERS IS THE WAY. You guys shouldn't have such a stuck up staff... Respectfully, of course. Do better

Friendly, enough, but it's Wednesday at 10:40 a.m. Drive thru line 12 cars long, line inside 10 people and I saw 4 people, tops, working the line - 2 on the window, no one on the in-house orders for the full time I waited. Really, guys?
Ok, back to this one today at 10:30 a.m. Not nearly as slow or disorganized, BUT. . . The ladies bathroom was "closed" - asked why, response, "because the door lock is broken." Unbelievable

Changed my review, again due to this morning's fiasco. 9:30 on a Tuesday morning should not mean they can't be friendly and get an order out in less than 13+ minutes while I'm standing there. People coming in after me in line, not mobile orders getting their order and when asked about it, some snippy comment. Not even apologetic about the wait and being passed over. Why can the Perry store always get it right and this one can't get it right more than 50%...
