This is by far the worst &pizza we had!
I placed an 3 pizza order through Ubereats Saturday night and to put it bluntly, this has been the worst experience we have had with &pizza to date.
Our suspicion arose after our Initial Ubereats delivery driver canceled after spending about 10 minutes attempting to pickup our order. Another driver was assigned, and after a 15-minute delay, we received a call from our new Uber driver informing us about some issues he encountered at the location. They had run out of the pizza sauces we had ordered, and the only options available were traditional and spicy sauce. We decided to go with the traditional sauce.
When our order arrived it was immediately evident that there was a significant visual difference from what we typically receive. We had ordered a "CRAFT YOUR OWN" set of three pizzas for myself and my family, but upon taking our first bites, it became apparent that there was a severe lack of cheese on the pizzas, multiple of our toppings we ordered was missing, and the sauce they had put on the pizza was a mix of spicy & traditional. Additional the flavor of the pizza was DRY! Initially, I thought it might be my taste buds, but my entire family experienced the same disappointment. Upon taking a look at this store reviews it is clear this particular store is not well stocked with required items This raises a question on why such recurring reviews have not been addressed by the district manager or regional manager responsible for the area. Read moreBe careful over here with online orders as these fools will get you. Submitted order with pickup time around 1:10pm today. Pulled up and store is closed with no notifications or nothing. Another unfortunate customer was also duped (he was waiting when I pulled up).
Good luck getting a refund, forget about talking to a human to resolve your issues. Contact info is sparse, gotta go through their janky app to try to resolve your problem.
I love the concept of &pizza, and at their best it’s great, but their customer service and execution is way too inconsistent. I know more bad locations than good ones. I see why some locations have closed. I can’t imagine this business will last long Ìf significant changes aren’t made. They got me tight right now ! 😅
Edit: after a few days of radio silence, &pizza customer service reached out to me and gave me a refund, as well as a free order of knots. On the basis of this I'm upping my review from 1 star to 3 stars. I'm willing to give this location another try IN-PERSON, and FWIW, the one time I've ordered from this location, my pizza was GOOD. That said, I don't think I'll be trying online orders from them ANY TIME SOON. It wouldn't have been as big a deal for me if the refund was much more timely. Read moreA group of friends and I came here to dine in and have pizza....like we have done in other locations. However, dinning in was not an option which is not mentioned on the website and both bathrooms were allegedly out of service. When I asked if the sink worked in either bathrooms I was given a sheepish no. WHERE DO THE EMPLOYEES USE THE BATHROOM?????? I want to wash my hands. I digress.
Customer service was lackluster to say the least. The staff is not friendly and could careless that your patronage in that restaurant pays their wage. &pizza claim to fame is unlimited topping. Yet I had to tell the person making my pizza several times what toppings I wanted and when I ask the other person on the assembly line then the first person grabbed my pizza back to somewhat make it the way I asked. I would not contribute my hard earned dollars to an establishment like this. My expectation of service businesses are not crazy high. The location was clean on the inside (obviously since you can not eat inside), there was not an awful smell or stench in the air and there wasn't a ton of flies flying around.
