Decent food and beverages, but TERRIBLE customer service! There is NO employee there who speakes fluent English, or understandable English at all. So it's ALWAYS a struggle if you want to place a customized order. Also, they actually charge EXTRA for lettuce, tomato, and onion on certain sandwiches, and the Asian manager has the worst people-skills... He's definitely not suited for a job that so heavily relies on customer service.
I go to the place because it's convenient to where I work, but I cringe every time I walk through the door.

I try to avoid Starbucks but even with that priority they are barely worth going out of the way for and it's a block from me. Their posted hours are fairly limited vary quite a bit depending on the day down to being closed so they usually end being closed when I try to patronize them. Read moreHands down, the best coffee shop in the area! Not just bc they have great coffee but also bc John and his wife that run the shop are amazing. The roast beef, turkey club, and infinity sandwich are great. The BLT will blow your socks off... Double macchiatos or a daily red eye is my go to and are exceptional. All in all the best part of this shop is the people. It is always a joy to John and his wife. This shop is nestled back off the busy street and the environment provides a great place to ponder and focus on your tasks for the day. Thanks John and Mrs. Lee for taking care of your customers. Looking forward to seeing you later...
