Received the WORST customer service this morning. If you’re in a rush in the morning don’t come here. They have no sense of urgency and move beyond slow and will have you pay and leave a tip to treat you like you don’t matter! In your own neighborhood! The woman at the register today lacked multitasking skills, customer service, & honesty.
This morning the line moved beyond slow because she couldn’t multitask and kept stopping what she was doing to keep conversation going with others instead of moving the line! I asked her if she didn’t mind throwing in a bacon egg and cheese sandwich so that I can just pay for it when I come up and she responded “yeah sure” I get to the register, finally, and leave a tip and she goes and does other things puts others orders in and still never put my sandwich in. She says that she can’t put my order in before others and I told her I was looking for it to put in WITH other orders and that she should’ve been honest and stated it from the beginning instead of saying “yeah sure” because I was running behind for an appointment. She brushed me off never apologized and rolled her eyes and was completely dismissive then walked off and carelessly put my sandwich on the counter and couldn’t even hand it to me in my hand when I was standing right in front of her! This is the second place in my neighborhood that has treated me like I’m nobody! Absolutely...

Read moreI like the coffee, it is a good working space, but the music is always so loud and they always blare pop and rave music. I think most people would agree with me when they go to a coffee shop to meet with loved ones or to do work this is not the vibe they want from their coffee shop. I would appreciate a switch to slow, instramental, chill music so I don't have to blare it in my airpods and kill my eardrums just to slightly mask the sound of the rave music that is at full volume in the shop. I want to keep coming here but if I wanted to hear pop music 24/7 I would go shopping or a restaurant - please take my suggestion and turn the volume down and change the...
