DO NOT go to this location. Like many of you, my kid loves happy meals and I find myself ordering McDonald's very regularly. This location is closest to where we live and it's usually the one we go to. I've given this McDonald's many chances (probably too many), you never know when a problem was because they were just so busy that day or short staffed, maybe the employees are still being trained or maybe it was just a bad day, things happen but at this point I would rather drive across town than eat here ever again. This location is consistently a disappointment in every way. When you order inside, there is never anyone at the register. I guess they expect you to use the kiosk and that would be fine but the kiosk does not accept cash so after you place your order you could be waiting up to 20 minutes just to get someone to take your payment and they don't start making your food until you've paid. The kiosk has also been out of receipt paper every time I've ever used it. If you plan to dine inside, plan on cleaning your own table or eating at a dirty one, because you'll never find a clean one. I'm not sure if all the employees are incompetent, improperly trained or just really don't care about there jobs, maybe a combination. I've never encountered any outright rude employees at this location but they are rarely friendly. When there is a problem on their end they don't fix it and often seem annoyed you would even acknowledge it. The service is always slow, doesn't matter if it is during the day or late at night, makes no difference if you drive thru or dine in just expect it will always be slow. On one occasion, their system supposedly lost our order and it took over an hour between ordering and getting our food. If you're lucky enough to get what you ordered without any mistakes you can always still count on food that looks and tastes old. If you say no sauce with your nuggets you'll still get one but you won't get any if you specifically make it a point to order some. When the soda machine runs out of carbonation they just leave it that way, claiming it cost over $250 for someone to come change it and it's too expensive for the store to have someone come out. They don't put a sign up that the carbonation is out, they don't inform you upon ordering and they don't refund you when you're unsatisfied they just keep selling nasty flat soda with no shame. This location is supposed to be 24 hours but sometimes they randomly aren't there at night. I could go on all day. Don't believe any rave reviews posted here. I can believe it's possible someone has had a better experience there than me but with how consistently I've been there since moving here and how consistently I've had a less than ideal experience I don't buy that any person is honestly giving any 5 star reviews. Can't help but think they have to submit their own reviews every so often just to stay above 1 star, lucky for them google doesn't give zero stars...
Read moreWe went there for breakfast the food came out fast and hot but they had us pull forward to wait for our iced coffees. So we pull forward and wait 15 minutes a girl finally comes out with the people's food in front of us i ask where's our drinks she knew what we had because she told me exactly what our drinks were so i expect her to return with them we waited another 5 minutes and nothing so i go in and they are souring on the counter along with the people's drink that were in front of us so i grab our drinks go back out to the vehicle take a drink and it was the wrong flavor thank god it was only carmel and not hazelnut or i would of been on my way to the hospital because I'm allergic to them. So i go back in tell them they male me the right one and i get it and it is cream and water with a hint of coffee. By this time I'm pissed so i just leave our food is now cold. They need to get a manager in there that knows what they are doing and get them moving faster they weren't busy and you should be handing drinks out before the food. I manage a gas station and blimpies/ A&W so i do know what service should be and this was the worst service ive ever had now i know why i don't go to this one because they mess up everytime on stuff or they are extremely slow. At least the one on St.George Blvd is fast and gets my orders right and they are always busy. I will not be going back to the one in washington until they get a manager that can train the people working...
Read moreI went in tonight and my mom was ordering and the girl up front acted very unprofessional from the start. The computer stopped working and she swore at it and repeatedly called it “stupid” over 10 times in a row. Then I asked for a Oreo McFlurry and she suggested I get m&ms because the Oreos we’re almost out but it wasn’t, the m&ms were out. But then she had to count the money three times but before she counted it the third time she’s had to give us a 2 minutes discussion on why she was counting it back again. We go our ticket and just waiting for the food. The backliners looked so professional compared to the ones up front. They had everything clean and were working productively. We got our food and we had to get our McFlurry and the girl who attended us at first was the one who made it. But the whole time she touched her face and didn’t look like she was ready to handle any type of food a customer was going to eat. She made the McFlurry and kept making jokes about the ice cream machine being so slow. After she was done making the jokes she put the Oreo crumbs into her hand and threw them into my McFlurry!! I was baffled. Someone besides me even was in shook. I of course asked the manger James to make a new one because I was not going to take that home. If it wasn’t for your mangers who responded and took care of us I would've just asked for a refund....
