The two young ladies working at this location at 3:30 pm on 5/23/20 are some of the most unprofessional and rude people I have ever come in contact with. I would think a business would be thankful to have someone place a takeout order to support them during this pandemic, however, the way these ladies were speaking and treating customers was unbelievable. Not only were they out of multiple items (pinto beans, onions, mushrooms) and failed to disclose that information before ordering, they also never told me they were out while preparing the order (they just chose to leave off those items). I also witnessed them rudely say to another customer “back up from the counter you arent 6 ft away” and yet one of the girls was preparing food and making chips without her mask on (which was a requirement to wear to even come into the restaurant). Not to mention there was no way to stay 6 ft apart when paying...I ordered two burritos and a cup of queso and when I asked for more chips and salsa to go (as this has never been a problem in the past when I would nornally dine in) one of the girls said “we are in a pandemic, its a new world and its its not a free for all”. I am in complete shock and dont understand how an establishment could treat people this way. I also was not offered my receipt and had to specifically ask for it. I am sorry that these workers hate their job and it was also obvious the workers were annoyed that people were coming in to place orders to go but they are not the only people working during this time. Read moreI went to this Moe's on September 30, 2022 around 2:30 pm. I wanted to order 2 burritos. I asked the lady if the burritos were on special and with a raised voice she replied "Do you have the app?" I tell her no and continue to place my order. So, the first was extra steak and with a raised voice the lady replied "That will be $3 extra" and i said fine. The second one I first asked if they had spicy chicken and the lady said no, so i continue to order the burrito with extra adobo chicken which the lady replied in a raised voice "That will be $3 extra. So after her raising her voice for no reason I tell her I will be back. I leave for 10 minutes come back and try to order again and this rude lady asks me if I'm really gonna buy this yime because she just wasted 2 soft shells. I tell her she wouldn't have had yo waste them if she wasn't so rude. So then she refused to serve me. I took out my phone to take her picture and she hides behind the register and then walks to the backroom. She comes back out and tells me to exit the building because she is not serving me. And the tall light skinned mixed guy working with refused to serve me also after the lady told him not to serve me. Read moreThis Moe’s has been going downhill for awhile but I’ve just had a terrible experience and think it should be shared. The worker taking and prepare orders initially was doing great, the problem arose when waiting for my food. The person working the register initially overcharged us, then once that was fixed he tried to give us the next person in lines food so we had to correct him that it wasn’t ours. Then my stack was taking a lot longer than usual, so I continued to wait. Then another worker told me that my stack fell apart and he had to remake it. So we did that and I waited another 5 minutes, then I saw him remake it again, except this time without consulting me and he left out several ingredients, there was a long line and I didn’t want to be a hassle so I just accepted it since I’d be waiting an additional 15 minutes longer than my wife. Then I went to get a salt shaker from the salsa bar and noticed there weren’t any, so I asked the person working the register for salt, which he was going to pour into a sauce container, a little weird but functional.
