I’ve been to this Jersey Mike’s before and I’ve had a great experience. But after my experience today not sure if I’ll be returning. Placed an online order and went into the restaurant to wait a bit early. After waiting a few minutes the person behind the counter kind of snapped at me, asking me why I was standing around and why I wasn’t placing an order. I replied that I was waiting for an online pick up. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for my sub granted my online order said it would be ready 15 minutes after I got there, so my sub was technically only 15 minutes late. And I didn’t mind waiting the first 15 minutes as that’s what I agreed to. But what made this so frustrating was that there were workers standing around, cleaning, and making orders extremely slowly. I felt like I was friendly and patient, but as other online order customers were walking in the person behind the counter greeted, them and would ask if they wanted a free drink. But they never asked me despite the fact that I was standing there for 30 minutes (an extra 15 minutes past the time my sub was supposed to be ready). When they gave me my sub they told me a bunch of people quit unexpectedly and that’s why it took so long. I completely understand being short staffed and frustrated, however, I think that I could have at least been offered the same free drink as other customers. While I’m glad I eventually got my sandwich, I think the customer service could be better for future guests due to the seemingly unfair treatment and long wait times despite a reasonable amount of workers present. But to give them the benefit of the doubt maybe those employees were working late and technically didn’t have to be making subs. To the person behind the counter, I’m sorry if I did anything wrong that made you not want to offer me a free soda. :(

Read moreWe Ordered food from here on Sunday 9/14, we did a mobile pick up. We picked it up about 8:30 PM. I don’t know if the employees were in a rush to get out that night but all four of our subs were completely drenched in vinegar and oil not just the normal amount like four times the normal amount, when I asked for it all to be on the side. Two of the subs had the wrong toppings, and the one sub that was supposed to have No oregano had it all over. The worst thing about this whole situation is I didn’t online complaint to come to find out nobody at the store cares at all. I requested a follow up and I haven’t heard anything. I called Then on Monday to follow up only to hear I could leave a message for the regional director and they would call me back. What a joke never heard from them. Read more2/20, As our regular sub place I was just shocked at the service I received tonight. I walked in, had to wait to place my order. Got the slip, walked down & paid for my order. I did not get a receipt because I wasn't offered one. At the this time it was starting to get busy. The young lady working was more concerned about talking to her friend than about the rush. Now after waiting about 15 min. & people kept getting their orders, I finally went up to the counter & asked about my order. She asked if I had a slip, I said no you have it, I already paid for it. She pretty much accused me of not paying!!!! Thank goodness I had a receipt on my phone. The thing that bothered me the most I never got an apology. Very rude.
