I had never been to this location before and I accidentally walked behind the counter because I saw the pizzas on a rack and another location has the racks that you can just pick up your pizza. Well one of the employees said to me: Excuse me, what are you doing!” In a very snotty tone, I quickly apologized and told him I’d never been at this location before, for which he replied, “It’s the same everywhere you go… you can’t walk behind the counter!” Again, very rude!
