If I could score 0 stars, I would. I have NEVER had a worse experience with Domino’s. I placed an online order to this store at 9:15 pm (on a Sunday) I promptly got an email confirming my order. The charge has been made to my account. I received notification at 9:20 that “a pizza master” was preparing my order. ETA 25 - 45 minutes. 45 minutes went buy, nothing. The pizza tracker hadn’t even moved from prep. We called the phone listed for the store and we’re transferred to a call center. The call center was NO help. They said they can only take an order or transfer me directly to the store. So they transferred us directly to the store (10:30 pm) A woman picked up and told us they have the order and are making the pizza and it would FOR SURE be delivered within 25-45 minutes. We wait. Nothing. We call the number again, speak with someone from the call center. They transfer us directly to the store. A young boy picks up the phone and we begin to explain the issue and he hangs up. We call customer service AGAIN. And they try to transfer me directly to the store again. This time. I wait for 10 minutes and no one picks up. At this point it is 11 pm. I call the call center back, explain the issue for what feels like the 10th time. They try to transfer me to the store again and I told them no, please don’t do that they are not picking up. They said they would call the store directly to verify and put me on hold. After another 10 minutes of silence. I hang up and call back. Explain the issue again and ask to immediately speak to a supervisor. The lady quickly responded, I will transfer you directly to the store. In one last-ditch effort, I call customer service back. They tell me, “it looks like the store. Is closed or closing soon so you will have to reach out in the morning when they reopen. Okay, so am I getting the pizza or no? I don’t want it in the morning. I wanted it when I ordered it at 9 pm…. 3 hours before they were closing. My money is gone. My stomach is empty. My brain is fried and I’ve lost every last bit of hope that there are still people with common sense left in the world. I promise you, I am not a “Karen” - I am typically a very pleasant, patient, and flexible customer. Never have I written a bad review. There is a first for everything. And there is a last for everything too. Dominos, I am so dumbfounded by how this situation could be allowed to happen. It’s the last time I order from you. Or I guess attempted order… since your store completely...
Read moreOrdered carryout, when arriving to the store to pick up our food, there was at least 5 to 6 people working, the lady that helped me was on the phone and was having a difficult time understanding the person on the phone, she asked one of her coworkers for help and she very snippily replied with "well I am busy", she was stretching pizza dough, then the guy that was prepping the pizzas started to yell at the employee that was on the phone about how she needed to figure it out, then the guy that was taking the pizzas out of the oven started yelling at the employee that was on the phone about how none of them could help her and she needed to figure it out. The employee told the person on the phone that she needed to order online and hung up the phone. I told her she didnt deserve to be treated like that and she stated she was going to get yelled at now, I said you have already been yelled at by all of them and I told her there is no way I would be working there still. They were not overly busy and the guy that was taking the pizzas off the oven belt thing kept looking up at me while just standing there waiting for pizza to come out, not overly busy, this was a very hostile work environment with very toxic employees. I will no longer be visiting this pizza place and I hope the management actually reads the reviews and does something about this because that was ridiculous, oh and they also had the music turned up pretty loud to where I would have had a hard time hearing anyone on the phone also. I feel for the employee who got chewed out by all her coworkers. If I was hiring at my store I would hire her...
Read moreThe food is always good that is why I gave it a 1 star but their service is horrible and I understand it is not the employees that work there problem. The problem is not having enough people staffed there. I put in an order for curbside pickup a couple of times and it took almost 2 hours to get my pizza! I just don't understand how that happens and this is coming from a guy that has worked pizza places before and was a manager at one of them. I actually used to work at a Domino's a few years back and that would have never happen at our store. But, long story short, I love Domino's Pizza just HATE this particular store. I do have to tell everyone my last experience (which I personally thought was really bad) I had been waiting from the time I ordered 1 hour and 45 minutes, I walked in to see what was going on with my order and no employee there acknowledged I was there so I waited there for about five minutes until I decided to walk back out to my car again. Then I waited out in my car for another 10 minutes, went back in there and finally got someone's attention by waving my arms in in the air to get someone's attention. When someone finally saw me and came over I asked what they could do for me because of how long I have had been waiting they offered me a free 2 letter soda. I thought to myself (are you kidding me) and asked for my money back for the order (which still was not done yet) and I have not ordered pizza...
