Made an online order for pickup. Was due to be picked up at 7:15pm. This was a large order, over $100. Arrived to pick up, wasn't sure how it worked as it's my first time here. Stood at the register for more than 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. Once food was "ready" I gathered and started on my way out, but noticed I was missing a shake. Went back in to collect it, and decided I better check the rest while waiting. I was missing a burger, 2 orders of cheese curds in addition to the shake. The "manager" informed me that I was in his way checking my order and I needed to move. Wasn't a bit concerned with messed up order. Finally told them what was missing. Another 10 minutes pass and one of them find my melted peanut butter shake that had been pushed off to the side. Another 10 minutes, my food is cold and gross, my ice creams are all melted. Upon trying to get a refund and just go, "manager" informed me I would have to go through app to refund. (I didn't order on any app, was straight through Freddy's website). Mentioned this, and he had an 'oh darn, your problem ' type of attitude. Upon pulling up the email confirmation, it says to contact THE STORE with any issues. So after waiting another 5+ minutes of being ignored, finally got his attention and told him it said to contact him. From there his attitude changed a bit and he called a manager. Another 15 minute wait and she arrived. She was very kind and professional. Refunded my money and attempted to make it right. So kiddos to her, but this will be my last experience with these guys. Will get my Freddy's fix from Texas from now on. Very disappointed. Finally leaving the restaurant at 8:30. Hungry kids, no dinner.. Get it together...
Read moreWe went in to make a to go order for 6 people. The person taking our order was very helpful and friendly. The 4 people not with us ordered shakes. We received the shakes within 2 or 3 minutes of ordering. After 30 minutes of waiting, we asked when our order would be coming. They had no idea what happened to our order. They said they would make our food and rush it. Surprised by the person we talked to. After he said they would rush our order, he shrugged his shoulders and said "$hit happens." Not the best customer service. I asked if we could have new shakes as they were melted during the wait and we still have a wait while they make our order. I was referred to the manager. I explained to the manager what had happened and that the shakes had been sitting out melting for at least 25 minutes, the people they were for weren't with us, as this was a to go order and the staff just started making our order now. After 10 - 12 minutes from talking to the manager, we received our food and new shakes and they took the melted shakes back.
The food and custard shakes were wonderful. All of us enjoyed our meals. This was our 3rd time there. In the past we had no trouble with service and food...
Read moreAfter being told there was a wait 2 different places we go to Freddy's because we know it's fast and we like it. We place our order-then wait for 20 minutes. They ask us if we want to round up to the nearest dollar for school supplies, we said no-they did anyways. We get our food- well some of it. We waited for 20 minutes and ended up missing fries we were charged for. So back into the very long line we go. We tell them we are missing it at the little order kiosk thing and they tell us they are ready already and to come in and get them- we can't leave the drive through🤦 so we wait another 15 minutes. While waiting we realize we are missing a drink as well. Once we get to the window we tell the person and got a pretty nasty look because we were an inconvenience to them. We head out and I was dealing with other stuff this whole time so I just started eating and realized they didn't give us any sauce. We gave up at that point but between all the mishaps and over charging us after specifically saying no-we are very much...
