Another big name company that has left customer service behind.
Went to the bar to order some drinks while waiting on our table. The wife wants Titos and Sprite Zero. She asks the bartenders if they have Sprite Zero. Young girl says no we have regular Sprite. Wife says okay......bartenders cuts her off and says I'll be right back. She served the people to our left. She served the people to our right. She walked by us quickly and set down a glass of what looked like Sprite. As she later walked by again, I has to flag her down and asked what's this. She says that's Sprite. I said okay, my wife wanted Titos and Sprite and.....she cuts me off and says oh y'all are good, picks up the glass and walks off. She later walks by while setting down a short glass and walks off. I have to wait for her to walk by again and flag her down and say I'd like to order a drink too. She says what would you like. I said Hopidil.....and she walks off before I could finish the name of the beer and request it in a glass. She walks by again as she stets down a beer can not even open. I have to wait for her to go streaming by again and finish my request for a glass. She runs by and sets a glass down in front of me. After I poor my beer into the glass, she gives us a bill for my beer and a double Titos. I never asked for a double. Not even sure we got a double.
The service at the table was equal. The worst thing that can happen is to have my food put in front of me and I can't eat. 20 minutes after my fijitas are served and are now cold, I finally get my totillas.
If you want customer service these days, you have to go to a mom and pop store. These big names don't care if you are pleased because people will come no matter what just because the name.
This was the 4th or 5th time I've been here. It's always the same. Won't...
Read moreAt this point I believe this location is messing with me. I order the same thing every time. Last time I did a Togo order they forgot the side queso and green salsa that's come with the order. Yesterday I did Togo and they did the same thing, plus give me the specific thing i asked to omit due to my allergy. This location has messed up alot during past vists and in person they have forgotten my margaritas, my sides, my sauces, and included my allergy. It is laughable at this point, last night a manager went to my car to apologize and at this point it means nothing. if you have me somewhere (which she said) as a previous mess up it Cleary has no merit. Clearly the expoditer is not checking the food before it goes out, the person taking the order doesn't listen to allergies or request, and the management doesn't train Staff properly. If I'm paying 35 dollars for 1 meal and a margarita I want everything I pay for correct, and my accommodations made. The last in person visit i went thier they remade my food (3times) its crazy. Also including my specific allergy, and forgetting 3 parts of my order is crazy. Yall don't care and it shows. It's truly a simple request bit seems to throw everyone in the kitchen for a loop. It is honestly laughable how much you all forget. My advice to anyone going in person and Togo double check the ticket and the food when they bring it to your car, have them repeat your order, and do not accept the errors on the overpriced food you are paying for (maybe they will learn that way) especially check if you have...

We dined at Papasito’s today (about 12:30 p.m.) and were lucky enough to be served by Stephen. From the moment we were seated, his warm smile and genuine enthusiasm set the tone for a truly memorable lunch—especially for my mom, who doesn’t get out much.
• Attentive “reading the table” – Stephen seemed to know exactly what we needed before we asked. Fresh, warm tortillas kept arriving, and his timing was spot‑on. • Drink perfection – My mom is a stickler about never letting her glass run dry, and Stephen kept every drink topped off and at the right temperature. • Personal care for Mom – He took extra time to check on her comfort, refilled water, offered extra napkins, and even suggested a salsa she loved. She left feeling truly valued and delighted. • Professional follow‑through – I spoke with the manager during our visit to make sure Stephen’s outstanding service was recognized locally, and I’ll be reaching out to Papasito’s corporate team as well.
Bottom line: Stephen turned an ordinary lunch into a highlight of our week. My mom left full, happy, and impressed by the level of hospitality she received. We’ll definitely be back—and we’ll be asking for Stephen by name.
If you’re planning a visit to Papasito’s, do yourself a favor: ask for Stephen. You won’t be...
