Starbucks — Restaurant in West Buechel

Seriously who would have thought? Target has got the best Starbucks in the city. This is the only one that always gets my drink right, and isn’t always out of everything. Well, once, when they were out of my drink (a popular seasonal) they gave me a coupon for a free one which was super nice. They are also very sweet and attentive baristas at this location.. don’t forget to tip! There are some other great Starbucks for sure, but this one has been amazing. Clean and quick. But the staff was not....friendly. They weren't rude or anything. Just... no greeting, the dead pan stare like hurry up and order, no friendly interactions. It wasn't a "bad" experience but kinda uncomfortable and they didn't give me an option to add in my own cream and sugar, they did it for me and it was so gross I just took mine home and redid it. All I ordered was a hazelnut coffee. Nothing special. I could have saved the 7 bucks and had better coffee and better...

I am lactose intolerant. The employees were too busy having a conversation then paying attention to my order. The fellow still proceeded with milk then dumped it without cleaning it. I have horrible side effects when it comes to milk. Then PROCEEDED to add coffee when I said none. Also, there was too much ice to where the drink was frozen. I am highly disappointed. Won't waste my time...
